We ordered online then decided it was hot out and we had time to kill so wanted to eat in. Front counter woman seemed confused by request then boss lady came out yelled at employee about it. Told my wife they would need to get us in the system and get us a server. Made it sound like a big deal. I don't understand why they wouldn't just do that automatically. Told us to sit in the waiting area anyway. They lost our business, and the food was not worth the price at all.

I really enjoy it here. The sushi is always fresh and phenomenal. The hibachi is always great too! I usually get the scallops and have never been disappointed.

I also decided to bring my students here for lunch after a field trip. They handled our large group well!

The hibachi chef was entertaining. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. Food was really good. My favorite was the sushi spicy tuna roll and fried dumplings. The steak hibachi was overcooked. The shrimp was delicious, the fish -I will never have it again. Rice was delicious.

Loved it a first then the food quality went down at our last visit, and 2 roaches next to me while eating. It took me telling 4 different people about it get them to get the roach off the wall, even after our food was served. The manager apologized and gave us some ice cream. Would love to come back if the food quality goes back to what I remember and no roaches.

Food was great but service was lackluster. Had to wait over half an hour to be seated even with reservations. Ordered a drink and was never served. Waitress never checked up on us other than to order drinks and when we were already ready to leave

This is a great place to have sushi.
The restaurant is clean and the people are so friendly.
The live hibachi show is good, too.
The lunch specials are great deals.
Must come in and give it a try.

First visit. Read the recent reviews and the online menu. So far I was excited to visit. I was invited to have lunch and choose Masa's. We arrived early and I wanted to look around. The lady at the front ask us how many? We were waiting on one more person. She told us to sit, pointed at the bench, I quickly asked for a menu. A few minutes later we were being seated. The table top was being set up as we sat. A few minutes later our waiter came over. We all choose the combo hibachi dinner. My sushi roll came first along with the soup and salad for all of us. I prefer to have my order all at once. Miso was watery and no tofu. Salad same as every other Japanese restaurant. First bite of sushi not excited, rice was dry. Dinner soon arrived for all of us. Unfortunately my meal tasted like a precooked plate from a microwave. The sauce was tasty and made up for the chewy meats. I did not finish my dinner. My son's were done and finished their meal. Would we return? Most likely not. The restaurant was full both inside and outside. I hope everyone was happy with their orders. My order was just over $100, and I left a 25% tip. Our waiter was great, pleasant, and professional. I appreciate that the most, thank you again!

Nice ambiance, but the food just didn't justify the price. The presentation was excellent, but there were no bold flavors, Everything was rather bland, and the pork and chicken was dry. Not to the point of being inedible, just not outstanding for the prices paid. The waitress couldn't tell the difference between salmon and tuna when the wrong sushi was brought. The vegetable dishes and clear soup were also lacking in mushrooms that are usually found in similar restaurants.
