Staff was so friendly. Could hear one of the cooks singing from the drive thru window. Her voice was beautiful. The biscuits were so buttery and cooked perfectly. Bacon was even crispy.

Was told to pull forward in the drive thru even though there was nobody else in the drive thru. I Waited about 5 min and still nobody came thru the driveway. Then when got my food. The fries were cold and stale. Maybe they were made the day before. They certainly were not fresh. I'm done with McDonald's it's just overpriced garbage !

McD's has gone down. Sadly in my opinion. Fires use to be the best. BURGER KING has beat them time and time again. McDonald's food is always co l d or Luke warm. I got the fish filet ,yesterday.Burger K I no is being remodeled and I wanted something fast. Bun was rubbery, fish tasteless. I use to love the Big Mac. The Frappes( spelling),are still good. The staff, hustle and are friendly, hard working.

Not a bad McDonalds. Their dining room qas open past 9pm, so that made me happy. The fries and burgers were good, but all of the sodsa that we had were flat, not having enough carbonation. The drinks seemed warm too, which was disappointing since the food was good.

Always fresh food and greeted with a smile. I forget her name but the lovely lady who hands me my food always has a smile on her face that I love to see.
Usually don't have issues with this McDonald's but this morning very unprofessional customer service. 2 lanes open for a reason. I pulled into a lane same time another vechile did and a vechile behind them and another one directly behind them. The one vechile went thats fine but than the other 2 vechiles leftm No one said we will be with you in a moment nothing. I had to say hello to get someone to say something only yo be told be with you in a minute. Yea after 3 cars in the other lane already went and I had a mobile order im doing your job for you. Takes 1 bad experience and rude customer service for me to not go back and at this location yall lost a customer!

This location always has horrible service. was in today and my food sat in the window for 5 minutes before they ran it over to us. They weren’t busy! Guess what we got Cold fries. They need to get it together. This is worst McDonald’s in berks county.

Every kiosk did not have receipt paper in it. No straws, place was a disaster. Drive through was all the way around the building.
