Usually don't have issues with this McDonald's but this morning very unprofessional customer service. 2 lanes open for a reason. I pulled into a lane same time another vechile did and a vechile behind them and another one directly behind them. The one vechile went thats fine but than the other 2 vechiles leftm No one said we will be with you in a moment nothing. I had to say hello to get someone to say something only yo be told be with you in a minute. Yea after 3 cars in the other lane already went and I had a mobile order im doing your job for you. Takes 1 bad experience and rude customer service for me to not go back and at this location yall lost a customer!

It’s McDonald’s. You get what is expected at every McDonald’s. But the staff was friendly. The shake machine wasn’t broken. The food is McDonald’s food. It hasn’t changed but the price keeps going up.

This location always has horrible service. was in today and my food sat in the window for 5 minutes before they ran it over to us. They weren’t busy! Guess what we got Cold fries. They need to get it together. This is worst McDonald’s in berks county.

If pissed was an understatement! 3rd shift is completely horrible I went on Friday at 11pm been in the drive thru for so long then on top of that im telling the manager I didn’t pay yet she gave me my food and told me to go ! Then I parked in front on the building calling the phone letting them know they didn’t charge me she tried to run up on my car and at this point I’m so pissed. Then she opened the door cause they was so packed so get back in line. After getting home I noticed my complete order is so messed up! A $80 order was completely messed up! I called in right away and they said we can give u a refund or completely fix your whole order. Mind you they couldn’t fix my order that night cause they lady said they closed at 12 and said when ever you come back you can get it replaced so today march 10th i go in around 8:30 to get my large order fixed the two Spanish managers was so disrespectful. Kept talking about my 2 daughters. Then tells us it will be 25 min to be fixed! Then comes back and said no come back at 8am we only have one cook we can’t help you! The owner need to be aware of this cause there’s no way this was the service I got ! I’m beyond disappointed in the service I received
