I absolutely Love brisket, and most of the time they absolutely Nail it and it feels like their food is made with love. But today both me and my girlfriend ordered the moist brisket, and it felt more like they were trying to get a pay check rather than making their food with Love. It was dry, super tough, and tasteless. I expected it to be pretty good after spending almost 60$ for 2 people for lunch. The food was delicious and the customer service made it a great outing for our family.
A huge shoutout to Maddie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was very friendly super attentive and made us feel right at home.
I also want to commend Elaria for creating such a welcoming and professional atmosphere. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction here and it truly makes a difference!

Great food. My wife enjoyed the special grilled shrimp, my sis the moist brisket, and I the pulled chicken. The sides were excellent. Service was top-notch and atmosphere also great.
