I went there for lunch with three of my friends, and it was my first visit. The service was excellent and the food was even better! If you’d like Indian food, this is a great place to go. I highly recommend it. It is a small restaurant and it is not what I would say is a fancy place but it is clean and tidy.
I recommend the chicken curry but my friends enjoyed their lunch as well.

Wonderful family owned place. Great service, and food is full of flavor, fresh herbs, brilliant spice profiles. I’ve had different dishes each time and enjoyed every single bite. They make an excellent masala chai. Only 3 stars on atmosphere because it sits between a Walmart and Redner’s (but convenient), and inside some plants, and/or more wall art, and low music would make it feel more intimate. I would mop floors here to learn these recipes.

One of the best Indiana restaurants in the area! My wife and I have tried many of the Indian restaurants in Berks, Chest, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties and Nirvana ranks very highly on our list. Menu is plentiful, service was excellent, prices were reasonable for the category, and, most importantly, the food was delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious, very filling! The samosas are flaky and well seasoned and the vegan options are flavorful. Don’t forget the roti & the Nan ??

2024:Nirvana Indian Bistro! I remember when Nirvana was one of the best when it was an AYCE lunch buffet in the Reading area, but - since it changed to a non-buffet, I am quite disappointed, and will never go back again. Paying approximately $50 including a tip was absolutely ridiculous for lunch with my daughter Kaitlyn and I, when the portions were average, when I used to pay approximately $40 including tip for an AYCE, that allowed you to taste a varied amount of delicious food. Please go to Lancaster, because they have several AYCE Indian restaurants, and you will get your money's worth! Thank You. Eddie

This is my 'go to' spot for Indian cuisine in Berks County. They will go out of their way to accommodate requests and provide an excellent dine-in experience. I truly appreciate the quality of the food and the top-tier service provided.

Great food, but really wish they would bring back the lunch buffet. Used to love this cause you could try a bunch of different things you normally wouldn’t order. Wish they would bring it back.
