Came for Valentine’s Day, service was fantastic. Outback is a chain that doesn’t feel like one. Food always tastes fresh and like a home cooked meal. Blueberry lavender lemonade is to die for.

Got the 20oz tbone from there yesterday it was so flavorful and soft. The steakhouse mac was banging the broccoli is fire, the sweet potato was okay. Its better when its fresh and I picked my food up a little behind schedule. Other than that ill definitely get it again. Slam dunk.

We are here at 8.15pm approximately for a table of 2. We were waiting 4-5 mins at the entrance for us to be seated and there were 4/5 waitress/staff passed by and no one acknowledged us or even made eye contact to let us know they are coming to attend us. It’s not that they had full house and all hands are on deck. They barely had 8-10 people in 2 -3 tables. They just ignored us and when we called someone to help Us that’s when they came and not even apologised for it. Very bad experience. Not leaving a rating for food as we walked out as they are not interested in serving us.

Our server Lauren was great, super sweet and gave excellent service. Food came out quickly, waitstaff was attentive, and the atmosphere was nice.
Stopped in for a late lunch, and even though the place was nearly empty, the service was awful. Both of our meals came out wrong. My prime rib was so undercooked I had to send it back, and when it came out again, it was tough and tasted like it had been microwaved. My fiancé’s sweet potato was supposed to be plain, but it came loaded with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
The manager stood over me asking me to try my food right there, which was super uncomfortable, and our waitress barely checked on us the entire time we had to flag her down just to get anything. For how slow it was, there’s really no excuse. We couldn’t wait to leave and definitely won’t be returning.

Food off the menu was very good and the take home suggestions for lunch was very economical. The hostess was quick at greeting and sitting customers, the waitress was definitely calling the shots. Very professional in control; setting timing of salads and bread, appetizers, steaks and deserts as to not all come at the same time. Quite enough to chat but can still dress casual and feel you can grab a quit meal and leave.

My first time at Outback Steakhouse and it has been like a marriage in the making it was the best experience I have ever had in a restaurant, I mean from Nicole to Brian food and drinks the French onion soup , Caesar salad and the shrimp mushroom créole suace for my chimichuri steak it was fenomenol .. they really do know what to offer and the cheesecake was the cherry on top ! I am very excited to know I have another place to enjoy my lunch or dinner but definitely coming back soon for dinner and drinks 🍷 Thank you a million stars for you Nicole and Brian .
