I got the big cat combo and it literally made me pause when I looked in my bag. The sandwich was the length of my iphone14 and a like 2-3 inches longer. The fries smh ima move on. Taste? Sure. Quantity? Could be more. Anyways the taste sucks. Cheese taste like boxed macaroni cheese. The meat was scarce. Smh quad are you doing? Pardon my cheese??? No I will not pardon you. I’d like ya know what you got cooking is gorilla booty and purposely picked that name so ya can laugh at every customer. Like what are you doing? We all make mistakes. Take this as critique. The papi stores in the city would slap the taste bud out their chef and it would be less for more!!!! Oh, didn’t get my drink I paid for too.

This has to be the most cynical, soulless cash grab of a dining concept I've ever encountered.I ordered a cheesesteak "combo" online based on hearing about this place from a friend, and upon ordering was directed to pick up at the Buca Di Beppo restaurant in the area. This was curious to me initially, but I went forward with it.The price was steep - nearly $30 for what appeared to be a bucket of french fries and two cheesesteaks, but I envisioned two large sandwiches laden with meats and a bucket I could share with a friend, so I wasn't too put off by that price at first.Upon arriving at Buca Di Beppo, as others have mentioned, the hostess seating people for the restaurant seemed annoyed to be bothered about a cheesesteak order. When I finally picked up my order, I was shocked to see that the sandwiches were tiny (seemed like less than 6" to be honest) and the "bucket" of fries pictured in the ads was just a small box with a few dried-up crinkle-cut fries that could easily have been pulled out of the frozen section of the local supermarket and reheated in a microwave. The cheesesteaks were wholly unremarkable and they clearly skimp on the meat. It's essentially a few cuts of Steak-Umm on a hoagie roll, and the fries were wretched. Before encountering this "restaurant" (it shouldn't even be called that), I was unfamiliar with the "ghost kitchen" concept but having learned more about it, I am appalled that it even exists. It's clearly nothing but a money hungry cash grab from some cynical, soulless "entrepreneur" who decided to take everything good about a sandwich shop and remove that, and then foist the cooking / preparation on existing restaurants, and then severely price gouge customers for nothing but a name and a logo. That's it. That's the sum total of the "ghost kitchen" / "virtual dining" concept. Please, please do not order from this "brand" and encourage them further. Support a real local sandwich shop or even a chain that actually tries to do things right. I mean, in this shopping center there is a Jersey Mike's nearby and while they aren't perfect, you can at least get a real, decently-sized cheesesteak for close to half the price you are paying for this garbage, and you can actually sit down in there and not feel like a weirdo picking up a cheesesteak from an Italian restaurant hostess.

Don't bother. This is inside Buca de Bepo, but there are no signs informing of this. The hostess seemed bothered that I asked about a cheeses order. There was almost no meat on the sandwich. The chicken cheesesteak had a weird taste.

I ordered two 12 inch cheesesteaks. And not only did I NOT get the correct cheesesteaks, I also didn’t even get the 12 in versions either. And their customer service is awful.

No idea whatsoever happened with these people leaving 1 stars. Absolutely delicious and the brownie bites are to die for!

I placed an online order for a small order of cheesteak fries and brownie bites that supposed to have came with a side of caramel so I ordered an extra side of Carmel and guess what I got ? The total opposite of what I actually ordered smh they gave me a super large bowl of brownies with NO caramel at ALL... and a very small order of PLAIN fries and what's even worse is that I literally spent over $30 for it and even tipped the driver that delivered it to me.. I wouldn't ever recommend ordering from this place at all cost keep your money unless you actually drive there personally and order because they do not care about online orders at ALL.... just a warning do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ONLINE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!!!!

My first time ordering from here and I will never order anything again, First the pictures are deceiving, you pay 7 dollars for a roll, there was hardly any meat on any of the sandwiches Second my whole order was wrong and when I tried to contact the company it was difficult. Never Again
