LOVE this location! Excellent customer service experience at every visit… always super friendly and welcoming. The bowls are fresh, beautifully made, and packed with flavor. My go-to is the Nutella Bowl, yet you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!
I love playa bowls but this one worker Alexa. Worst customer service ever. Took very long on my order, had my name wrong when I have rewards and didn’t want to add extra Nutella after I paid extra for it.
Had a nice time here. The menu was very large with a diverse range of options.
The seating is effective but sometimes meshes with the line of customers waiting. The overall customer service was good, but the floor was a bit littered with fallen fruit, which workers almost slipped on a few times. I had a refreshing juice, and my husband had a bowl, which we both enjoyed thoroughly.
