Staff is very accommodating these days. I don't know if management changed but it's WAY better than at used to be.
Hoagies are appropriately priced in Wednesdays and too expensive other days. Best hoagies though so I'm there most every Wednesday

I was a fan of Primo Hoagies in the Philadelphia area so when they opened a branch where I live in Wyomissing, I was intrigued.
The quality of this location seems to be much lower than the quality of the franchises in the Philadelphia area.
The subs I ordered recently just didn't taste as fresh or were filled as much as they were in those. Additionally, the staff at this location leaves quite a bit to be desired. The management team seems to be OK with workers bickering with each other in front of customers, making rude and off-color remarks to each other, and general horseplay that is very uninviting for customers.
On a final note, I got mildly sick from the last sub I ordered from here (either that or from breakfast, but I'm leaning toward this place). I don't think I will ever be back.

I love primos ever since I lived in Philly. I don’t know if Primo’s HQ changed their portions, this location did, or if the person preparing half-assed it. But there was nowhere near the amount of meat they used to have. My last two sandwiches looked like this. If the peppers weren’t there, there wouldn’t be much of anything. Also the macaroni salad was different this last time: not good or bad just noticed a change.
I still have 3 stars because the ingredients were good, the roll is fantastic, and it was still tasty. But it’s not worth the money if they are now skimping on the meat.

Great food! Walked in on Christmas Eve as they were closing and the staff said they were not taking orders since about to close. Not a big deal at all was going to just go somewhere else. Manager came out as I was leaving and took the order and made it happen. Great customer service goes a long way!
Thank you!!!

We bought the offer in the clipp magazine, for $10 for $20 worth of food. So I went to the store to order dinner for my family tonight.
Staff welcomed me and were friendly while I waited for the food.
There was a miscommunication the night before, but they made good on it for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Refused to make our food when we arrived 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. We specifically bought the clipper coupon to get food and now we have to spend money on somewhere that actually wants our business.

First time getting a hoagie tray for the Eagles /Giants game and it was amazing. Everyone loved the heroes and will now also getting g there hoagies from Primos in Wyomissing.
Wow is all I have to say. Was here for the first time a little while ago and had a few issues. Nick the owner personally made sure my 3 heroes were perfect this time. He cares tremendously about his product and wants every customer to leave happy.
It was a pleasure chatting with you yesterday. Cant wait to try something else next time. Staff also was very friendly .

If there was a possible way to give negative stars I would. One of the guys was wiping his snot with gloves he was using to make sandwiches. The lady who attended me at the counter was extremely rude and gave attitude. All she did was yell and humiliated her employees. I always request my sandwiches to be cut in half as this is option when ordering on line. I literally heard her yell to the employees and instruct them not to cut them in half. We she tossed me my order I asked if it was cut. She shouted I can’t I’m too busy. Must be real difficult to make a single motion and slice a hoagie. Btw don’t even give me the automated response of “we appreciate your feed back blah blah blah”. If you appreciate my feedback so something about it. Whatever happened to the nice gentlemen with all the president tattoos who ran this establishment with a smile and great service? Whoever this lady was needs a reality check. Never again. I use to praise this place. I would NEVER go back again.
