Excellent food, service was awesome. The Owner and Manager were very Nice and Helpful for our first time there! They both greeted us with a smile , answered all our questions were Very Patient with us!! The staff were always smiling. Our Sandwhiches were made exceptionally well and fast, made correctly. Tastes great. Very clean store. Definitely my #1 go to hoagie shop now.

First time getting a hoagie tray for the Eagles /Giants game and it was amazing. Everyone loved the heroes and will now also getting g there hoagies from Primos in Wyomissing.
Wow is all I have to say. Was here for the first time a little while ago and had a few issues. Nick the owner personally made sure my 3 heroes were perfect this time. He cares tremendously about his product and wants every customer to leave happy.
It was a pleasure chatting with you yesterday. Cant wait to try something else next time. Staff also was very friendly .

If there was a possible way to give negative stars I would. One of the guys was wiping his snot with gloves he was using to make sandwiches. The lady who attended me at the counter was extremely rude and gave attitude. All she did was yell and humiliated her employees. I always request my sandwiches to be cut in half as this is option when ordering on line. I literally heard her yell to the employees and instruct them not to cut them in half. We she tossed me my order I asked if it was cut. She shouted I can’t I’m too busy. Must be real difficult to make a single motion and slice a hoagie. Btw don’t even give me the automated response of “we appreciate your feed back blah blah blah”. If you appreciate my feedback so something about it. Whatever happened to the nice gentlemen with all the president tattoos who ran this establishment with a smile and great service? Whoever this lady was needs a reality check. Never again. I use to praise this place. I would NEVER go back again.

TERRIBLE food. The meat had mold. And the employees were all so rude. I even called the place once and there was this girl that was really rude.

Love primos, not this one. Very unprofessional management and doesn’t know how to handle a wrong order. Called cause my sandwiches were wrong and wanted to fix it. The manager made me send her pictures of my sandwich and then told me nothing was wrong with them (when everything was) and I’m a liar. I said one thing back to her that I’m looking at the wrong sandwiches and she got snippy and hung up on me and refused to resolve the issue. If this is how they treat customers, good luck with business.

Food is good . Always seems like only one person is ever doing all the work . The rest of the staff just stands around talking about other staff and how they are racist and don't do anything . They also have people behind the counter with other companies shirts on that don't work there . Kudos to the one girl that was doing everything . I felt horrible for her

I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich and got barely any turkey on the sandwich, was all bread! Then when I called to complain about it the to c the “manager”, she hung up on me. I just said there was no meat on the sandwich and she got really rude saying she watched the guy make it and hung up on me! I won’t be back. I’m sure you don’t care but she had no right to hang up on me, I didn’t even raise my voice.

Just left there. One of my hoagies was to have sharp provolone and a side of hot peppers. Did not get my side of peppers and the sharp provolone was in CHUNKS on my hoagie. Not sliced. Disappointed for sure.

Primos hoagies are delicious, more then everyday hoagie... we found out that they are in pa.. went to wyomissing primos for first time.. excellent customer service & stand behind your hoagie made ur way !!! We will be back. ( nothing like high quality meat jersey sandwich & primos rolls) ❤️❤️

Not from the area and my daughter and mother in law ordered from the Primo location in Bethlehem and paid online. For some reason the order was sent to this location 1hour away. We tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. He finally answered, and no solution was offered. The store would be closed by the time we drove there and the food was already made so no refund was available. Triple check your order, because apparently it was all our fault and there is nothing that can be done after they get your money.
