As consistent and delicious as I have come to expect from the Primo’s chain. Cashier/manager was extremely helpful and accomodating. Will definitely return when I am in the area. I don’t understand how there could be low reviews but after reading some of them, people are just babies.

The hoagies are delicious but the way customers are served is ridiculous. If a customer physically walks into the place to place an order, that customer should not have to wait for over an hour to have their order fulfilled because of a backlog of online orders. Face to face customers should be served first. That’s how other sandwich shops do it.

This place always has great hogies. Never had a bad one from here and I found everyone, especially the manager to be really friendly. Would not hesitate to come back again and again. They do not skimp on the toppings or meats like other places these days. Location is also very convenient with parking nearby.

One of the best Italians I’ve had outside of NE Philly. The hard seeded roll was great. Made very well. Whoever was working tonight, kudos to you all. Definitely will be back to try more.

Almost no meat on the sandwich very disappointed

I moved up here from just outside of Philly, so I know a good hoagie, until this Primo opened up I was in despair with no good places offering a good sandwich. Everything that I have had from here so far has been outstanding...Keep up the great work!!!

Barely any meat, small sandwiches for the price. I wanted to like this place but Jersey Mike's is a much better value and taste.

My thanks to friendly staff and great customer service. This was my third visit of buying hoagies turkey/ham, and my first time trying their cheesesteak. It was Freshly prepared and delicious! This is a Very convenient location for me from garage level and interior building elevator. Quick in/out! Welcome to our community!

These people here are the absolute best I grew up in Philadelphia eating Primos hoagies so I’m so glad when they came to Wyomissing PA. They never mind travel wrapping or any special instructions I have. They’re always so kind and so clean great customer service!

These people are rude and racist !!!!!!!
don't go there they yelled at my son for picking up food, they wouldn't give it to him until I called to explain I order online. Then they said don't cry about it if you don't get your food that's on you. I called back to talk to someone else and she just continued to yell at me for no reason. Then she hung up Don't go there they profile people!!!! I did really like there food too and even was promoting it however if you go there awful hospitality just order somewhere else!!!!! RUDE

I got the Mild Italian ,with sweet peppers. The quality of the meat and cheese are good. For $14, which is the size of an average small, they could have given a little more. I'd ask for the roll to be lightly toasted if I go back again. It was my first time there and I did not realize they toasted the rolls. The sandwich overall was, okay. Just okay.
I also got a container of thier seafood salad , which was better than mist places, I would buy it again.
The woman at the register, taking orders, needs to work on her hospitality skills. Far from a welcoming personality.
The place is quaint and clean.
Overall ,It's pricey, but like I said ,the meat and cheese are of good quality .
Lattanzio remains my favorite.
Oh the woman in the back ( she makes the sandwiches) ,that brought out my sandwich ,was very Friendly and kind.

first time coming here after hearing great reviews, I got the tuna, really tasty but upset because the tuna was really dry, :( next time I come ill try something different ?

I ordered a cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak, and both were excessively salty. The chicken cheesesteak was on a basic roll and not good at all. Additionally, the person at the register wasn't very friendly and didn't acknowledge the tip added for a to-go order. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The quality doesn't match the price, especially with sandwiches that taste like they should come with a high sodium warning. This was a waste of money and should be refunded.

Fantastic sandwiches. Not cheap, but worth every penny!

Parking: Parking in lots across a moderately busy, but low speed limit street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully modern sidewalk and building. Should be no issues with accessibility (though I am not a wheelchair user, myself)
