Russo's has a fantastic selection of fresh Italian foods, breads, oils, meats, cheeses, and pastries. They have freshly prepared food you can eat there or take home for dinner. They have a salad bar and a cold bar with pasta salads, stuffed olives, and lots of other delicious treats. Everything you would expect to find at an authentic Italian market.
I'm from Brooklyn/long Island NY. Finding anything close to what I'm used to in south central Pennsylvania is impossible excepting Russo gourmet foods. I drove from Hershey on the advice of a long time Italian Hershey resident. I was not disappointed. Don't get me wrong. It's not NY style but it had a lot of things I could not find anywhere else. Sabrina at Russo's catering was so accommodating and easy to work with for my husband's surprise party. The food was absolutely delicious and I cannot praise Mary enough for all of her work during the party! She was amazing and never stopped moving! She was also very personable and efficient and just made the whole night enjoyable! Thank you!
