I went twice before 9 pm once at 845 today at 8:30. Everything was put up. The girl the first time looked at us like it was passed 9 the second time the girl did offer to make something, I declined cause everything was put up I can't see anything so hoooowwww can you make anything??? If the store closes at 9. So, why is everything basically put up at 830. Granted, it was like 8 things left in the case olives and some other topping. No lettuce or pasta bases or anything else. Won't waste my time going again.

Check the attached photo. I’m happy to 17$ for a salad but look at the portion, especially the chicken. Very cheap.

I did enjoy Saladworks, even knowing it was more expensive compared to other salad options in the area. I always just paid it because quality is important to me. However, lately I’ve noticed the quantity gets smaller & smaller with each order. I paid for extra meat & did not receive it. This was the last straw for me, and the one small dressing received for a large salad that was filled with SO much lettuce, & small portions of the toppings just doesn’t work. However when I go to the store they ask “light, medium, or heavy”. Being that I always say “heavy”… the very small amount received on a delivery order is disheartening .Unfortunately I will not give this location any more of my money. I’ve been to other locations, & they are not as sparse with their food. This was a DoorDash order, & a positive thing I do have to say is that the ingredients are still fresh, & the presentation of my salad was good. Please make the same dressing quantity option available online, as opposed to charging almost $3 for “extra”, & if people select anything other than “light”... Please include more than one dressing. Just an idea, that I’m sure won’t be used- however, thanks for taking the time to hear me out.

I am updating my review to state that my family will no longer be going to this location after years of doing so. They recently changed their menu and removed our favorite sandwich. Their other sandwiches don’t sound or look very appealing to us, unfortunately. Our go-to favorite is still available at other locations, so we will go to one of those from now on.

There are several similar chain restaurants in the area, but none of them compare to Saladworks. My family usually comes here in the evening. Food is always fresh and delish, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The dining room is always clean and quiet. It is rather expensive, but what isn’t these days? They seem to always have coupons available, so that’s awesome. We have been coming to this location for years, and we will continue to come here because the food is so good.

My salad was excellent! Everything was fresh and the roll that came with the salad was amazing. This was my first time ordering food from them on Doordash and I will definitely be returning. I definitely recommend!

i lost my voice due to illness and went in for a quick salad to take with my meds. two young ladies were beyond kind and patient helping me order without being able to speak. they were both wonderful and fun. the food was great and the service was even better!!!

First, if you come here bring cash. The credit card machine ALWAYS has problems and the employees complain about it too. Today the woman in front of me had issues paying with a credit card. I paid with cash. The salads and toppings are usually fresh and the choice of toppings is pretty good. I am glad they have avocado as a topping but I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the mushrooms. The dressing are pretty good but get them on the side because they may put too much on. I wish they would add the apple cider vinegar again as an option again. The service is hit or miss. There used to be a male manager there all the time who was great and left around 2022 maybe early 2023. Today was a miss. The young woman making the salads went from handling cash to making salads without putting on new gloves. Another young woman rang me up. I handed her a $2 paper coupon for soup (the soup is insanely expensive so I would never buy it without a coupon). My meals sounded too high and I asked for my receipt. Sure enough, the $2 discount was never applied. I went back and told her and that was when the attitude showed up. Her response was that she must not have pressed the register hard enough for the discount. Ok..then she asked if I wanted my coupon back lol. I said no I wanted the $2 and I got the mean look in return like I was unreasonable. She asked the other young woman how to do it and we processed the transaction. She felt she was inconvenienced. A "sorry about that" to the customer would have been nice. The thing that keeps me coming back are the rewards. Definitely download it on your phone and ask for a receipt because you may need to scan the bar code on the receipt using the app on your phone to get the rewards point since the scanner there that adds the reward points often doesn't work (as it did not tonight but the cashier never checked). So decent salads... but service is lacking and they need to upgrade their technology.
