Absolutely wonderful! I came for the beer but stayed for the food. The menu offers a great variety of options as well as some great takes on classic pub fare. I tried an amazing dip with corn and beans. I highly recommend!

Never again ! Boneless wings were hard as rocks and dried out. But the worst most disrespectful thing I've ever seen was , I was wearing all my NY Yankees gear on. The big Hawaiian looking bartender with dreads came by my table and asked if I was a Yankees fan. Uh .. yes. He then spit on the floor and told me they were trash. Then he said i wasn't even a fan because I wasn't clean shaved and I had a beard. Then walked away. This guy needs to be fired immediately. Total disrespect. I will NEVER step foot back in this place again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. This was my 1st time there and I told our server this too. I also felt a bit of racism out of that bar tender. This was the night of 1/25/25 I immediately left after this encounter. Insane 🙄

Food was very good, beer and cocktail menu was definitely full of goodies and live music. I don't think there is typically live music so we just got lucky.
Looks like a great place on busier days and warmer weather. I'll have to come back and find out. ?

My visit to Sly Fox was shaping up to be a hands-down, slam-dunk, five-star experience. Harry, the bartender, was fantastic. The beer selection was great, with a nice variety of options. And I was pleasantly surprised to find a good vegetarian option: Thai tofu tacos!

Then I went to pay and saw the credit card service fee. Alright, I’m getting tired of restaurants adding credit card or general service fees. Time to get on the soapbox.

As a customer, when I see any type of general or targeted surcharge, I immediately suspect I’m dealing with a less-skilled business manager. What makes some in the restaurant industry think it’s okay to charge a la carte for normal operating expenses? What if I order the Brussels sprouts but ask them to hold the bacon—can I get an 11.5% discount? Of course not! Likewise, if there are supply chain challenges and the cost of parmesan goes up, should I expect a 1.5% surcharge on those Brussels sprouts? Of course not, because these are simply the costs of doing business—just like accepting credit card payments and bundling those costs into the overall price.

This practice is ridiculous and adds an unnecessary inconvenience for customers. It’s borderline disrespectful.

All that to say, I’m taking off a star for this nonsense.

Par for the Sly Fox course, the food and service were great! Truffle fries and cauliflower garden pizza were delicious, service was excellent (bartenders were very attentive and friendly), and the beers were delicious (love the Rte. 113 IPA). We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Crab fries were very good and cheeseburger pizza! Drinks were also on point. The only thing I have to complain about was that the server messed up my dipping sauce for my wings and never got me the right one.

The food, employees, and atmosphere are all great, but charging FIVE DOLLARS to chop up a chicken tender and add it to a quesadilla is absolutely insane.
