I needed to get my thoughts together before writing this review. I’m not one to write reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. Wow, is where I’d like to start. I haven’t received mistreatment or seen lack of professionalism in a location like this in a long time but maybe that’s because I know how to treat others with empathy, kindness and respect something that lacked extremely in one of your employees today. Mind you for simply asking kindly for an update on my drink after standing there for a little over ten minutes with zero communication from staff. There’s a saying that states “My money is green like everyone else’s” and I’m a proud bilingual Hispanic who works hard just like everyone else. I mention being Hispanic because no one at your location is and unfortunately in today’s society mistreatment still exist in regards to nationality which is what my experience at your store felt like. I will not be returning to your location and nor will I be recommending it to anyone either. Thank you to the manager who humbly heard me out. Maybe a reminder to your employees would be helpful as how to treat others. Very simple if you can’t deal with people let alone a kind, respectful person which I was then find a job that doesn’t involve that.

Dirty, flies everywhere, workers treat customers like an inconvenience.

Be so for real. Why is my drink 1/4 empty. Like no offense if I’m paying $6 for a drink I would like the cup to be full. I had to get back to work which is why I didn’t say anything in the moment. Even if I did I doubt anything would be done bc my drinks suck whenever I go. Sometimes I ask for light milk when I go bc they tend to put a lot but when I ask they put even more milk to the point my drink is white. Didn’t think putting less of an ingredient was an inconvenience but whatever.
There has clearly been a massive overhaul at this location, the employees are all extremely nice and thoughtful and the service is very very fast. Although I had previously experienced long wait times at this location, they are now even faster than any other Starbucks I have been to. Also, everyone that works here is so nice and friendly, they really set a good start to my day.

slowest service ever you wait over 20 minutes to get anything
If I could give this place zero stars, I really would, I asked for a cup of iced water and only got less than a half of ice with no water

FILTHY!!!!! Flies 🪰 are flying around, flies raced of food!!! And flies sit on customers. Staff is out of shape and that interferes with the speeds they are preparing orders.

Service was good had to wait a little bit not too long. Good location I’m sure it’s busy on a workday morning. We went in the afternoon so it wasn’t too bad.

2 ounces of matcha and 8 ounces of ice… Starbucks is robbing people at this point.
I just recently moved to Pennsylvania and since Ive been here everyone has been a pleasure. Today I made an online order and when I arrived to pick up, the girl on the mic spoke so low I couldn’t hear her so I mentioned to her Im here to pick up my mobile order. She then responded with a higher pitch “I said give me a moment but your orders name is for ____ drive up” very rudely. Then she forgot to give me 1 item that was part of my online order and I requested a cup spill stopper and she was annoyed. The girl was working the Sunday night 3/9/25 at 9pm she had blond hair blue or green bang highlights, black glasses tall and skinny. Very rude girl. Poor customer service from this individual!

You wait in line for 30 min to see 7 people working and they still make the drink wrong go to Dunkin down the street you will thank yourself
