It’s absolutely absurd for someone to assume one wants an Iced Coffee when they order a Blonde Vanilla Latte. I wanted 5 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of Liquid cane sugar. It took forever to get my drink then when I get it it’s an Iced Coffee. First mistake never assume someone is ordering a coffee iced. If someone wants it iced they will order it that way. I told her it was to be hot and she apologized and said they’re remake it and this time I got it in 30 seconds and whaddya know..it’s bitter and definitely doesn’t have the 5 pumps of vanilla or 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar…no see she got busy whilst having to remake my drink so she thought she would just give it to me without what I asked and paid for! Kudos to you , great work ethic ya got there!

Abigail was awesome! She had a very long line of customers that I imagine is overwhelming, but she handled it like a champ. She took care for each customer to ask their name, use their name, and be very courteous and kind. She even asked me how to spell my name, which I've given up doing at places like this because they don't spell it right anyway. But she did! Very sweet girl. My order also got burnt, but she didn't hesitate to let me know they were remaking it. I'm glad she rung me up, and I hope she has nothing but wonderful days. :) (the one star off is because they didn't have my first two orders in stock).

I frequent this location often (nearly daily). The coffee and food is always good but there’s an occasional problem with ability to quickly fulfill orders. More than once my app order gives an anticipated pick up time that is off by 45 minutes to an hour. I wrote and do work here so while frustrating, it’s not the end of the world for me. I wish there were a way to get more accurate times for the order to actually be ready. Again, coffee and food always good, a very friendly staff, just gets backed up beyond control at times.

Never doing business here again. I paid $13 for two small cups of coffee just to have mine be completely flavorless for the first half then unbearably sweet at the bottom half. I didn’t pay $7 for a black coffee with a pound of syrup at the bottom, I paid $7 for a pumpkin spice latte. They refused to even it out with more coffee, and neglected to offer me a refund. They all stood there and looked at me like like a deer in headlights before suggesting I come back tomorrow, at which point I politely asked them to dump it out and throw it away. Then I left. Do better Starbucks. To those of you looking for a coffee, I would not recommend this location.
