They need to go back to the plastic individual separated cupcake holders and ditch the brown cardboard box. The plastic kept them fresh. In the box the icing was so dry it just popped right off the cupcake and crumbled.
Went to get 3 cupcakes. They were ok. Not memorable. They are expensive, the clerk was dry. No smile, no cheerfulness just robotic and to the point. Hey sublime, cupcakes make ppl happy and the servers should reflect that.
Such amazing cupcakes! I’ve never eaten one that I didn’t love! It is so surprising to see reviews stating their cupcakes were stale or flavorless. I have been going to Sublime for years and I have never had a bad experience. Their cupcakes are always moist, delicious and anything but flavorless! I love love love them!
