I can see giving them a little slack for being new but no reason they can’t read an online order. I don’t know what she did but my sandwich tasted pretty bad. She had nothing to say. The phone went silent after I explained to her what was missing. I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. She said do it in the app.

This location is the only reason I'll even still eat Subway. I am very picky and they make the sandwich exactly how I ask, even if it may be annoying. I've even ordered them on Grubhub and can't ask for my mods on there but still comes pretty decent if not a little under toasted for my liking, but still warm and well wrapped. This is also the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, whoever owns it clearly takes pride in their place and has a wonderful staff. The fact it's so consistent even using delivery apps is very telling. I switched from Doordash to Grubhub JUST so I can choose this location. I just had surgery and can't cook and have been living off this Subway in the meantime. Thank you so much to the staff for keeping me fed and for also being a safe place for me, I've never gotten sick eating here. Highly appreciate this place and their consistency and dedication to cleanliness.
Vegetarian options: You can get no meat subs or a veggie patty which is surprisingly good! The veggie patty is NOT vegan, only vegetarian.

So im not gunna lie, I live 5 min from a subway in blandon but they always get my order wrong, so I went to wyomissing this time and because I have my dog with me I ordered curbside. I ordered a 6” BLT. Buttttttt Im very specific now because im pregnant so i really need the bacon and pepperoni i add on my sandwich to be toasted and the lovely sandwich maker followed instructions perfectly!! It was out in less than 5 min of ordering. I opened up the sandwich and there was a drawn on heart and smiley face! So sweet. Made me smile. Then I actually tasted the sandwich and I swear angels could sing. I ordered at 11 ish and the food came out at 11:10. You guys rock, The baby says thank you :)

I did a mobile order for over 30$ I forgot to put my drink in my order so I went in to pick up my order there were 7 people in line I wanted to purchase 1 simple drink real fast n not wait while they made over 7 sandwiches when I already paid n my order was ready, the girl was really ignorant n mad attitude, thank you the customers were willing to allow me to get my drink not force me to wait another 20+ mins

The store is good. Subway app is so easy to place order with easy rewards or deals.The store closes at 9 PM officially and online orders also allowed till 8.30 PM only. They locked the door by 8.30 PM and this is same daily as they confirmed.They missed an item in my order while picking up. When I call back, they made an arrangement to get the item on my convenient date.Staff were so nice & polite. The online deal to get buy 1 get 1 foot long was so nice.
Vegetarian options: This is very nice restaurant for vegetarians. The Veggie delight sandwich is so nice with all the vegetables such as Lettuce, Spinach, Onion, Tomato, Pickles, jalapeno, Cucumber etc.
Parking: Parking is free and more space also available as the area has multiple shops including Walmart and other restaurants etc.

This location is the one off of State Hill Road in Wyomissing, and not to be confused with the one on the 2nd floor at the Berkshire Mall. I Love this place! The ladies are warm and inviting. The GM Ms. Ortiz is phenomenal! The prices have gone up like everything else, therefore we wait for the Buy 2 get 1 deal, or like today (Monday), July 10 - 23 the last day of their BoGO deal! it was crazy busy and swamped, and when I teased Ms. Ortiz she still gave me a beautiful smile! Please download the app, order and pay on the app, and you save so much time. Today, I had lunch with my Partner, Daughter & GrandDaughter Autumn, and we had a wonderful time sitting outside the main entrance on the picnic table. I usually stop by with my son Alexander.
