Paid on the app for extra stuff on my sandwich, when I called the lady said no manager available and she was new and so was the person making the sandwich. I can see giving them a little slack for being new but no reason they can’t read an online order. I don’t know what she did but my sandwich tasted pretty bad. She had nothing to say. The phone went silent after I explained to her what was missing. I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. She said do it in the app.

This location is the only reason I'll even still eat Subway. I am very picky and they make the sandwich exactly how I ask, even if it may be annoying. I've even ordered them on Grubhub and can't ask for my mods on there but still comes pretty decent if not a little under toasted for my liking, but still warm and well wrapped. This is also the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, whoever owns it clearly takes pride in their place and has a wonderful staff. The fact it's so consistent even using delivery apps is very telling. I switched from Doordash to Grubhub JUST so I can choose this location. I just had surgery and can't cook and have been living off this Subway in the meantime. Thank you so much to the staff for keeping me fed and for also being a safe place for me, I've never gotten sick eating here. Highly appreciate this place and their consistency and dedication to cleanliness.
Vegetarian options: You can get no meat subs or a veggie patty which is surprisingly good! The veggie patty is NOT vegan, only vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: They will customize your order to your liking with a smile.
Kid-friendliness: My kid is picky and only gets a BLT (no LT or mayo lol) and triple toasted. They sometimes send the lettuce and tomatoes seperately in case they think I ordered it wrong LOL but I appreciate them NOT putting it on the sandwich anyway like other places do.
So im not gunna lie, I live 5 min from a subway in blandon but they always get my order wrong, so I went to wyomissing this time and because I have my dog with me I ordered curbside. I ordered a 6” BLT. Buttttttt Im very specific now because im pregnant so i really need the bacon and pepperoni i add on my sandwich to be toasted and the lovely sandwich maker followed instructions perfectly!! It was out in less than 5 min of ordering. I opened up the sandwich and there was a drawn on heart and smiley face! So sweet. Made me smile. Then I actually tasted the sandwich and I swear angels could sing. I ordered at 11 ish and the food came out at 11:10. You guys rock, The baby says thank you :)
The one here in Wyomissing is really nice an brightly lit. Roll for my sandwich was really fresh and soft. Service was quick and friendly.✓ the one in Shillington on Lancaster Ave should take some lessons.
