Placed an order on the app at 6:35pm and and still standing waiting for that order at 7:35pm. Service is slow and terrible and you will not receive answers at all.

Why does it always take so long to get your food? Minimum of twenty minute wait. Ordering ahead does nothing, since they appear to wait until you get here to even start the order. It’s a complete waste of time to eat here, better to go anywhere else.

All of the food was cold and cheese not even melted on some of the food, despite waiting 15mins. Not ever going inside again knowing they prioritize drive thru.

The young man who gave me my frozen Baja blast was the sweetest person ever!
Well, one of the worst experiences in a fast food restaurant. Ever. Ordered for 4 people. It was a little busy, so I figured it might take extra time. Go to stand at counter where I am ignored for a minute until I get the attention of one of the cooks. Turns out, they gave our order to someone else. That was about 20 minutes after we ordered. Then, we have to wait another 20 Minutes(!!) for them to make our order again. The manager didn't seem concerned either, just asked very nicely for them to hurry up after we had waited over 30 minutes already. Manager gave us some free donuts and a couple of coupons for a free taco. Not worth the trouble of going here again

I came to this Taco Bell through the drive thru and ordered a #2 two luxe boxes and a steak grilled cheese burrito meal and also two orders of nacho cheese fries and Cinnabons. MY ORDER CAME INCORRECT!! The steak grilled cheese came as a chicken grilled cheese… I didn’t get my other order of nacho fries… and everything was just thrown in the bag. I am highly disappointed in the service I received. Please make sure your workers are doing their jobs right.

Ordered a crunch wrap and it was soggy hardly any meat in it. Also got an agua fresca that tasted like the flavor waters they have at the store you get the scent but not the flavor...also the service was terrible 😑

There was no onions in my chesse Quesadilla ; I did not get any sauce ; no forks in my delivery bag even though I added all in my order … You need to improve your service… this is 3rd time I have been complain , 2 times in drive thru and this time on my online order

I requested a senior discount for my burrito. The server then asked if I wanted the FREE senior drink. I got it, but when it was time to pay, I was told the burrito would not be discounted because I took a FREE drink and could not get two senior discounted items.
It was no big deal but her explanation made no sense to me. The small.senior drink was FREE... not a discontinued item. Did not make sense.

By far the worst taco bell in the are, orders are wrong, and very slow. Not everything is available on the app like the other Taco bells in the area. I will drive the extra distance to another one than go here anymore...
