Taco Bell has gone all digital with kiosk ordering only. Not a bad idea, but loses the human touch if you have a question. Disappointed the food wasn't even warm, but the taste was ok. The prices are still good though.
Stopped in around 12:30 definitely during a busy lunch rush and understaffed manager was doing her best to get things out as quick as possible. Unfortunately things took a little bit longer then expected because we had to pay cash and no one was working front register but as soon as the manager had a minute to help she did and hopped right on the line to get our food out quickly and gave us coupons for having to wait which was unexpected but we are very grateful. My expectations...
It was no big deal but her explanation made no sense to me. The small.senior drink was FREE... not a discontinued item. Did not make sense.
