Have been to this location about 4 times. Finally they have prime rib available today. Out serve Anne was great. She was busy running around but was there when we asked for anything. She had great memory on when we asked for refills or just little things here and there while feeling with many other tables. Many times the waitress or waiter would forget what we have asked them when they ate busing running around. However, Anne did not. Very friend and cordial and helpful. The food was better than we have had in the past visits to any Texas Roadhouse. The fried pickle with really good this time, thinly sliced with a nice batter. Not so oily and in the past. The prime rib and the bone in rib eye was cooked perfectly and tasted yummy. Glad we had a great meal again at a Texas Roadhouse. It had been awhile.

Would never recommend this place you’re not allowed to get sat before everyone is there. No u can’t sit 10 min and enjoy a drink before your kid is there. Horrible service and customer service. Will never come back

i would rate the customer service 0 stars if it was possible. our waitress was a girl named ruby and she was incredibly rude to me and my family when we had gone out to eat here. i dont remember what day it was but it wasnt that long ago. when she was overall talking to us she had a very bad attitude. she had gotten my order completely wrong and when i told her about it she said something about it not being her problem and didnt want to fix my order. when she eventually fixed it, she had a disgusted look on her face. i will never be coming back to this place and it was clearly only a one time thing.

Didn't mind the wait to get in but 15 minutes to place a drink order but another 10 to get drinks. At which time our order for appitisers and main meal was placed. 15 minutes to get the onion blossom and a total hour to get a meal. Onion blossom was just ok, but there was a lot of grease in the bowl. Rolls were awesome, and the steak was ok. Not my favorite place nor my hubby's. So I went back tonight, and our waitress, Amber, was not exactly attentive. We had a spill, and she was nowhere to be seen, so I asked another waitress. My guest had to ask if he was even going to get the chili he ordered. My food was a tad cold, and she never asked how it was. Once we paid via the table payment thing, we waited for boxes. After a while, I got up and got the boxes myself from the waiters' stand. Texas Roadhouses prices are very high, and I would expect better.

I'm not sure what's going on at this location recently. It used to be a totally solid choice for good food and service, and their takeout game was on point. The last 3 times now we've been very disappointed, flavorless chewy and fatty steaks, but this last time today was the worst. I ordered a med well steak for my elderly mother and it was inedibly undercooked, especially for her. It's just a bummer because they were so good consistently. I'm hoping they can figure it out because TR has been one of our favorites for a long time.
