We signed up for a round of go karts. Being our first time here and not from the area, we were not 100% sure of the procedures. We missed the sign about the waivers and went up to the counter. Where the employee was extremely rude, sarcastic. Both my husband and my son are hard of hearing wearing a Cochlear implant and hearing aids. She was extremely hard to hear and again, extremely rude. When you work in a family center, rudeness doesn’t get you far. We intended to bring our baseball teams here for next weekend as team bonding and will not be back . The men running the actual race track were kind and helpful and that’s the only reason you get 2 stars from me

Got here around 8 with my family from New York and they told us we had to sign up for account and sign the waiver and as soon as I finish everything they tell me they don't have junior kart racing. Instead of letting us know they made us go through all that for no reason very upset need to hire better staff and not waste our time

Karen the Shift Supervisor is absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly and funny. Honestly more of a waiter than the waiter himself. If you come here, ask for Karen. PS, the food was phenomenal. Wings and salad, nothing missed

Personally, I'm not a fan of the casino like atmosphere for kids. Just me.
Drove all the way here and was told that there is no trampolines no slides only thing that they offer are go karts and laser tag. Everything else was closed down for insurance purposes. You should update your website for people that are driving far to visit not cool! GAS prices are too high to be driving places that aren’t open

Awesome. Some games need fixing. Errors on screen. Got scammed for bonus points. Guy said cone back to get them. Went back he goes oh you need to do kt right away after i tried and asked. So i stopped spending money on games. Very cheap on ticket payouts also. Kids had fun.

They’re always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure me and my friends feel welcome and have a great time at The Works. I’ve been coming here for the past 3–4 years, and whenever they’re working, I already know the experience is going to be top-tier. That kind of consistency and effort doesn’t go unnoticed. They absolutely deserve to be promoted. Employees like them are the reason people keep coming back. If you’re thinking about going, definitely check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
