Took my brother there. His card had 7900 tickets. Prize he wanted was 8000. We one 100 more tickets. Card glitched. Lost half of the tickets on card. No refund, no comp after telling managers. They said they cant see it on their end. Wont be going back and will make sure nobody i know does either

Took my kids here for an afternoon and it was a blast! Game room is a little pricy but the ball slide thing upstairs was perfect.

The Works is definitely a great place to go, their prices have gone up (who hasn't) but there are still great days to go where they have discounted games and such offered.Great family-friendly place to go!

My wife , daughter and I stopped in this evening for dinner.My wife had the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Chicken was bland and had no flavor. Also there was no ranch on the pizza.My daughter had the cheese kids pizza. She’s 2 so she doesn’t really eat a lot. I thought it was alrightI had the filet with corn and mashed potato’sThe corn on the cob came out cold unseasoned and I would bet microwaved I spoke with the served and he returned it to the kitchen and brought me 2 new pieces. They were hot and in a pool of butter. They ended up being greatThe mashed potato’s were awesome you can tell they were real potato’s.My steak came out well done. But it was well seasoned I ordered it mediumThe highlight of the trip was the loaded fries we had as an appetizer 10/10 would return for them alone.Server was good just feel the kitchen may need more training or something

Great place to bring the kids. They have arcades and tubes. The arcade prizes are all great. It's a great way to spend the day or afternoon with the family.

It was a great experience this is our second time there but our first time being able to use the race cars the only thing is the teenager young lady who was helping us at the register she wasn't so great but other than that the experience was great my children loved it I wish we were all able to race together but they go by Junior races and adult races but it's an amazing experience is the super expensive but it is pricey kids love this place food is good you can pick from the normal fast food/pizzeria or they have a nice restaurant when you come in they have (FYI ) I haven't been in the restaurant yet but lots of games to play ball pit for little kids it's a fun place for kids even some adults

Honestly this establishment has gone downhill since it's opening. They take out the best games/rides and charge outrageous prices for everything. Even when you win tickets, you have to have thousands just to get a decent prize. It was much much better when it first opened, just like most other places. Probably won't be back anymore.

Ok, I've been coming here with my grandkids for years. I think you're overpriced for entertainment and food. But the kids enjoy it. Until lunch today. Coffee was cold, quesadilla was dried up, and fries were setting awhile. If you're going to charge a higher price for food, please put a thought to the quality of it. Also, we sat there for 35 minutes before we got our food. Please hold yourself accountable for having good quality food! You charge enough for everything else, you should be able to manage to do that!
