Waiters are extremely slow, expect to wait 20 minutes before even getting a drink. I’m a beer drinker and hate IPA’s. On a Saturday the only beer they were sold out of was the Pilsner, which is the closest thing to a regular beer. How are you out of your only regular beer option on a Saturday? Americas Oldest Brewery is 45 minutes away, you’d thing they would at least sell Yuengling Lager. To end on a positive note the food was good.

The food and drinks are excellent, though pricey. The decor is really nice, but so much stone and tile makes it echo-y. It's very loud. They need some sound absorbing material.Understaffed. Might want to get a snack before you come.

My friends and I recently came here for the first time. The service was fine until the manager came up to our table before we even got the dessert menu. The manager requested that we leave our table to sit at the bar, due to this table being reserved for 8:30pm...it was currently 7pm. This request made us very uncomfortable, we reserved this table as well, and to be asked to move prematurely really made the experience upsetting. We would not recommend this restaurant or return.

My husband and I came in a little cautious but we had a great experience! The service was speedy and our waitress was attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were divine! The only con we have to report is that we paid $6 to add shrimp to my husbands pasta and the dish came out with three shrimp. You read that right, we paid $6 for 3 pieces of shrimp. We ordered the truffle fries for an appetizer and we both loved them! Everything tasted great and all the staff were polite and helpful! The skimpy shrimp hasn’t deterred us! We will definitely be back!

I tried this place out and it was decent enough. Unfortunately I overheard an uncomfortable interaction at the table beside me. A manager asked a few Hispanic women to leave their table in the middle of their dinner, completely unprovoked. I've never been asked to leave a table early, or ever seen this happen. I wish I had said something in the moment, but after seeing the other review about a racist experience from other Hispanic customers, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident.

Food was high quality, unique taste. Sandwiches and pizza were excellent. The meat and cheese boards looked good too. A good variety of specialty drinks accompany the cuisine options. Cappuccino was perfect. They have a private room for parties with a wall of candles that has a nice effect. They sell Folino Estate wine there too which never disappoints. Overall great place for lunch or dinner. Service was spot on. Beautifully designed and decorated.

My husband and I love the Phoenixville Vintner's Table, so we were really excited to hear that another location would be opening so close to our home. It's a really beautiful restaurant with a cozy feel. Although it feels quite intimate because of how close in proximity you are to other diners, the atmosphere itself is like what you'd find at a big family gathering. The menu is much more condensed than the other location and some of the prices are higher. We were very happy with our food and drinks, but the staff seemed a little less educated about the menu items in comparison to the other location. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I will most likely continue to drive to Phoenixville.

On Sunday, February 25, at 3:30 pm, we made a reservation and were promptly seated by the host, which turned out to be the highlight of our visit. However, despite the restaurant not being busy compared to other nights, we waited for about 20 minutes without being served. Numerous servers walked by, acknowledging us, but no one attended to our table. Disappointed, we decided to leave. A simple acknowledgment from the staff would have made a significant difference. The host made eye contact as we left, but no words were exchanged. I understand new businesses face challenges, but basic customer acknowledgment is crucial. We didn’t even get as far as ordering water. They would have received two stars if water was dropped off.

Such a great experience! The staff was wonderful and very responsive. Everything we ordered was delicious. My friend and I tried a few appetizers, a pasta dish and pizza. We both had a wine flight and loved everything we tried. I’ll definitely go back!

Hispanics are not very welcome in this place, since we were a group of 4 people and we were making them uncomfortable with our tone of voice, we ordered a bottle of wine for 3 people and as Hispanics we finally drank it a little quickly, we ordered another and the manager and some employees gathered and started looking at us, we felt uncomfortable, we canceled the 2nd bottle and left,

Beautiful venue!! Service was excellent- I was a little put off when I asked if my panini could substitute all mortadella for the prosciutto and soprasatta. The waitress asked the cook who said no. What would that have taken? They sliced the meat to order. Price was the same for less meat?? Not very willing to accommodate the guest. Wine section was lovely and Riesling was good. Menu was unusual and it will be interesting to see how Berks County handles it.
