I don't expect anything phenomenal from this location, but I didn't appreciate being charged twice while using the rewards program. The short, front end female lead with the short haircut tried to screw me over & wouldn't help me redeem a gift card on my app. Always ask for your receipt & review it wherever you shop at. 5 🌟's & beyond to the manager who refunded me in a flash!!!! Our hoagie roll seemed like it was ready for the day old rack, but the staff whipping up food were too nice & accommodating. One rotten apple (staff) don't spoil the rest of the team....& that front end staff needs to quit wearing the same pair of disposable gloves at the register & outdoor duties, AND food p/u placement. Stop spreading germs bc cold season is approaching!

We were their victims. They colluded with Matos towing company to scalp No King protestors who may have been WAWA patrons but were also part of the protest held for only an hour and a half. WAWA got more business in that time period from the protesters and yet they called police (or colluded with police) to send out tow trucks full fleet. At least 3 tow trucks were there at one time to pick up vehicles, and wait or loiter around for owners to come back to their car and pay them $180, cash only. There trucks took up more space and time then any car they picked. They pointed to WAWA signs (which actually did not meet pa requirements to post at entrances and exits in large metallic letters about towing) They did not provide police numbers that authorized their towing for each car. One young women was in tears and had to come up with the money. Yes, protesters, greed in America is alive and thriving. ( along with a touch of vengence maybe?) Was it really worth it? How many protestors did you extort?

Went to this wawa ordered an ice coffee although there was barely anyone in the store at the time no one made my ice coffee after a few minutes I asked what was taking so long and the enployee was putting food in the watmer rather than serving the customer waiting, on top of that I order a breakfast sandwich and it was completely inedible there was no egg, the cheese was unrecognizable and the bacon was burnt I'll never order from this wawa again.

The food is good but today will be the last time I use this Wawa, I walk in using my Wawa rewards for the 2 iced coffee and they tell it is not valid so I show them the date and they insist it’s not valid then on top of all of this the employee yelled at me because ā€œ I should know thisā€ when it still says in the app available till 06/22/25…. Let’s go Sheetz

I won't be ordering from wawa app ever again. I had made three orders in one night. First one was okay and delivered by doordash with no problem. Second order was processed wrong. I was given food that me and my daughter has allergies to. I had to report the second order just to be told my compensation for my money back needs to be reviewed by wawa in 7 business days. I called the store that prepared my food the second time around to make sure that they prepare the third order right. I placed the order and waited, waited, and waited. Then I received a text from a doordasher stating that they were at my front door, when I was sitting on my porch the whole time wait for my delivery. There was no doordasher. I called to report the delivery missing just for wawa to tell me that they're sorry for the mix up and that it needs to be reviewed by wawa in 7 business day. Also I was told that both reviews will be answered back in a email...
I felt so robbed and missed treated.

This is by far the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. Everytime you place a mobile order, no one ever bags and retrieves the other items from your order. You’re left to do it yourself and you feel like you’re stealing from the place. On top of that, the food itself isn’t safe to eat. I’ve gotten sick multiple times from their sandwiches, probably because the meat isn’t being kept at the correct temperature.

No one ever refills the windshield wiper fluid that’s in between all the pumps. Literally every single one is bone dry.

The employees and I guess the managers at this location could care less and it shows.
