Store was dirty, workers on phones... gloved his hand thwn touched his phone to text with gloved hand then touched my food. Soda tastes like mop water, burger was gray and smelled spoiled, and cheese for fries was yellow tinted water. Sror was almost clean, just not torally... tables were sticky and walls looked gross. Will neber go back!

Never had a bad experience here. One of the employees kinda was little irritable when I asked a question but not that big of a deal. The food us always good. Burgers are always juicy and tender. The buns are soft and moist and the toppings are fresh and delicious. The fries are fantastic!! Highly recommend if you havent been. If you had a bad experience you might want to give them a second chance. It is a good burger well worth the money.

Food was mediocre. Fries no salt, and had no taste. Fries were probably the worst I ever had. Bourbon burger only had 1 onion ring…. Milkshake was watery like milk. Didn’t have that milkshake consistency.
Staff was great!

Clean, inviting & friendly staff. However, poor portions for the price & skimpy toppings. My chicken patty was thin & tough to bite through.

First time trying this place. Not very welcoming the person in the kitchen was I possible to understand pretty annoying to not be able to communicate with the cashier accent was so thick had no clue what he was saying got charged extra because of the language barrier. Very annoying

Haven’t been here in a LONG time so it may have changed. But I used to come here with my dad EVERY week years ago. We did that for years. I’d get a regular cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake would come in a huge stainless steel cup, and the burger was huge as well. Then one day, it changed. The milkshake was now a small tiny plastic cup, but the same cost… The burger was also much smaller and the same cost. That was the last time we went. Hope they have reverted back!

Food is absolutely amazing. Place is nice and chill. A great variety of food and custom options. I’m a huge burger guy and this play is ranked very high to me. Workers are very respectful and helpful.

Good fries with cheese n bacon the wrap the wrap was terrible tasted like over cooked chicken cardboard first n last time. Asked if it could be grilled n the guy said no.
Placed a simple build your own burger, extra onion, cheese and pickles.
Burger was cold, cheese not
melted few onions and two small pickles
Ordered fries done and salted, received bland, cold and soggy fries!
Stupid fools, I could have walked a couple yards to Burger King and gotten better without the tip!
You’re done for life, and I’ll sure pass it on!
Close up!!!
We got different burgers, fries , sodas, chicken tenders. The fries were standard but good. The burgers were delicious. The chicken tenders were awesome. The workers were very nice. We will be going back again.
I ordered a full meal and was only given a sandwich. When I let the employee know that my drink and fries were missing, he apologized and went to get them—only to return empty-handed, saying that “he” (I assume whoever prepped the food) had already sent all the fries out. I explained again that I hadn’t received any fries and that there must have been a mistake.
Another employee came out, pointed to someone else at the table, and said, “He wasn’t supposed to get fries. You can take them off his plate.” And that was it—no resolution, no fries, and no effort to fix the error.
At the prices this restaurant charges, I expect better than fast food-level service. Actually, scratch that—fast food would have at least given me my fries. Potatoes aren’t that expensive, and basic customer service shouldn’t be either.
