Terrible. Expected way more from them. Drink had sugar rim but was 75% covered in sugar so every time i grabbed it i got sticky. Salad had black spots all over it.

From the moment you walk into the subdued atmosphere you start to relax. Last night was our 1st time at Willoughby's, our server was Chuck. He was personable, as well as attentive. The menu was diverse with Wagu steaks to Twin Lobster tails with Crab Oscar. All homemade desserts. My husband ordered the lamb chops with a pomegranate demiglaze, fresh oysters on the half shell and one of the best french onion soups you will EVER have! I ordered the twin Lobster tails, which were tender and sweet, over parmesan risotto. We ordered a bottle of wine along with dinner. To cap off the night, Chef's own Strawberry Shortcake, special note the cake was homemade as well as the strawberry puree and freshly whipped cream, while my husband ordered the carrot cake with homemade honeycomb gelato. If you have not tried this place because of price, don't let that stop you. They have plenty to choose from on the menu that everyone can afford, but also, if you have a special occassion...they are one of the only ones in Berks County that can offer some of the high end items like caviar and the like. BTW their cocktails are less expensive them some of the more common restaurants in Berks. We highly recommend you trying Willoughby's on Park.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! The waitress was wonderful, the atmosphere was chic and romantic, and the food was absolutely amazing. They even wrapped up my husbands bone from his steak to give to our dog back home. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a wonderful evening out.

I’m giving two stars only because the Wagyu beef was absolutely delicious—melt-in-your-mouth good. Unfortunately, everything else we ordered was incredibly salty. I couldn’t even eat my Seabass—it was tough, overly salty, and tasted old. Pretty disappointing.
What made it more frustrating is that I had been here before and everything was amazing. This time, it felt like someone dumped salt on every item. The bread, the appetizers, the entrées—it was all too much. Even my boyfriend, who’s not sensitive to salt at all, said the same thing.
They did credit me for the Seabass, which I appreciated, but in the end, the only thing I could really eat was the asparagus. I hope this was just an off night, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth—literally.
