I came here today for lunch, only to find the location is closed. I was just here last Wednesday. I wish I had known they weren’t open, I would have gone to another restaurant instead of driving 30 minutes to get here. The staff was pleasant. I wish them all well.

Soups were sitting in pot and lookes like they had not been stirred for a long time. A soup film was sitting on 2 pots and the other ones looked crusty around the edges. We walked out, it was dirty and too many people were just drinking free samples.

First time I experienced in this location the employee gave a poor customer service.1. She got all our order wrong (she didn't even asked us she just started putting it in the computer and we made sure before we paid that our order is right and still she got it wrong)2. She didn't apologize at all for the wrong order3. She gave us an attitude the whole time she was serving us. Eye rolling and banging of the register.Really disappointed with this visit.

I want to like this place but the soup sits too long and is always an issue. The last time I was there all the soups had their lids off! They were dried up and obviously not hot, not to mention how unsanitary it is. I just had a sandwich instead even though I went for soup. I won't be back.

So, got a bread-bowl. When they cut out the bread for the soup, supposedly they're to remove the equivalent of the smallest of the cups out of the top of the bread.When I got my order, I saw immediately it was NOT done that way. I mentioned something to the young lady that prepared it. She right away starts making excuses. You be the judge (see photo). There is absolutely no way that serving would fit in what she removed from the bread. I will give her credit, she did give a n extra full serving, but only after I confronted her about it.Their soups are all above par!! No complaints there. My issue is if I'm paying for a full serving, I'd like to get what I pay for

Overpriced cold soup. Avoid this location. Soup was cold. Didn’t give rolls. Mentioned that they forgot the rolls and didn’t even apologize. Horrible service. Will not be coming back. Not to mention one person up front and long lines.
Baby it’s cold outside! I needed some hot soup to get the chill out of my bones from a cold office. I got a cup of the Italian wedding meatball soup and it hit the spot. Sometimes a cup is just that—8 oz, but this was a generous helping with barley and meatballs throughout. On the side was a warm chunk of bread and margarine (so hoped for REAL butter). Soup stayed nice and hot throughout my dine-in meal.Staff was friendly and helpful even though there were only two of them for a sudden rush.

I have been sick all week and unable to eat anything let alone anything appetizing. A friend recommend this place to try tonight and I was a bit skeptic. I got a big subway vibe. Nevertheless the only place with what I can get down. Let me take all what I said back, nothing like subway. The soup here is excellent quality. For the first time this week I have eaten what felt like 5 star quality food. You can tell they really care about their products and use quality ingredients. The girls at the front are very kind and work well together. I Highly recommend trying this spot and can say confidently I will return again, and soon at that. Well done great products the soup is some of the best I’ve ever had!

I stopped eating here around 2021 because they had a staff that didn't care about the work they do. BUT LET ME TELL YOU the team there now hits the Mark every time! They recently switched their loyalty program to an app and it was kind of confusing at first. However the staff not only helped me out but they actually were happy to help and did everything with a smile! When someone walks in hungry they want to leave feeling like their food was taken care of properly and here I feel confident to know they take their time to fill their orders properly and serve their customers like a warm bowl of soup, with love <3 thanks Zoup team for being awesome!
