Everything was great, the food, people, clean tables. Took my son and his girlfriend there and all our meals came put hot, flavorful and very eye appealing! Our server Lorenzo was polite, big smile and helpful! Definitely will be back!

We were let down at first when our appetizer order was not entered and never came after a half hour wait. When our server noticed he offered desserts for free at the end of the dinner. More than made up for the mistake. Busy Friday night but the manager even came over to talk to us about it. Good work!

Lee was awesome. She took care of us. We enjoyed our conversation and the food we had. It was a quiet Tuesday evening at Applebee's. We'll be back again. Thanks for your suggestion on the boneless wings.
Parking: It's definitely a good place for a gathering, for football, family reunion, or something work related.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friend, the bar is away from kids. So, there was no foul language heard here, unlike at Chill's.
The Burgers are always great and the waiters are friendly.

We went to watch the Eagles game and get 1/2 off apps plus the $10 NFL buckets. The buckets were gross, I was burping up sour mix for an hour afterwards, the first bucket tasted like straight soda water. We didn’t even bother ordering food, just by the way the drinks were coming out. It seemed like the bartender was being trained but watching her make a drink just made me want to leave… I went on 9/6/2024 around 930pm

Took a little bit for my steak to come out. It's supposed to be medium well. Yeah, right. When I cut into it, blood rushed out. The waitress took it back. She ordered another one. It finally came out. The rest of my party was all but done their meals. I ended up getting a box, and I took it home. The waitress did her best to take care of everything. She was an excellent server. She was on top of everything. She even got us a lighter to use for the birthday candles. Because we for one. Thank you again for a job well done.
The AYC is a great value, the food came to the table hot every time. The only bad thing was the waitress's mind was somewhere else. Her attitude was as if she didn't want to be there. Beyond that, everything was good.
Parking: There was plenty of parking. We arrived around 1pm.

Went late, around 10pm. Dead, but tables were still dirty. Got seated, ordered drinks and food including apps. One app came out the other came with the food, at that point I was just happy it got to the table. Food took 40 minutes to come out even though there was only 5 or 6 tables in the whole place. Food wasn't great, mediocre at best. No refills no one checked how Food was. When given the check wasn't given a chance to look it over before being told to pay it right then and there. Not sure how 2 for 25 and 2 drinks turned into 40 dollars. Waited another 10 minutes to get the card back while I watched ants crawl all over the table. Won't be back.
Went for all you can eat wings,shrimp and ribs. .can only get 1 at a time for starters. First order had 7 shrimp , second order only 5. French fries doubled in size on second order. Waitress seemed preoccupied so took 20 minutes to order more and 20 more to bring out and they weren't very busy
Greeted by a smiling, happy face and seated promptly at a clean table. The server/bartender was responsive, polite, and informative. There is plenty of entertainment around the restaurant to keep conversations motivated as well. Food was prepared in a timely fashion as ordered to everyone's satisfaction. ?
Parking: Massive lot shared with various other businesses.
Kid-friendliness: Staff and other patrons were all polite and friendly towards the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair friendly inside and out.

Had a delivery order. Realized my Uber eats app some how selected no fries for the side, spent 35 minutes trying to call so I could add them while they were preparing the meals,only to have not a single person answer the phone. Called 3 different numbers and still no answer. Not sure there customer service or staff are capable of multitasking. Definitely won't ever order delivery or visit again. Simple task seem to hard.
