Ordered hamburger was made wrong. Hamburger that was suppose to be replacement burger turned out to be the SAME HAMBURGER. Manager never apologized or bothered to come to our table. We were compted the meal and a replacement was sent home with us. Manager and cook get no rating from me. We will not return. This was not our first bad experience. The only reason we went was to use a gift card. The waiter was wonderful! Hope you can find a job at a better restaurant.

They have incredible delicious food and great customer service.They have quality and product are excellent nice. They have new menu options and they are very friendly and generous helpful to everyone with successful sales prices. They have a large parking spaces available for all consumers cars and they are cleaned and organized well. They needs more employees for their jobs and they are hiring too.

My French fries was hard. My husband food was so little and overcooked . The Artichoke dip With salty. I asked for no pink in my Burger and the Burger was all pink.

The worse EVER I DONT NOT RECOMMENDED GOT SEATED QUICKLY BUT THEN SAT THERE FOR 25 MINUTES I HAD TO GET UP AND ASK FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE ANOTHER COUPLE CAME IN "YT" AND A SERVER WENT TO THEIR TABLE QUICK THE MANAGER GAVE UP FREE APPETIZERS BUT THEN THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!

I've trued this place 3 times. First let me say I love most applebees! Not this one. Everything I come it takes way to long to be seated in an almost always empty place. Then prolly 15 plus minutes to be asked about drinks. And everything they say this is my first time and some manager comes through asking if they are OK so awkwardly like I want to openly review someone else's job instead of eat and spend time with my family. This place is a chore and not worth it. There is not service you get drinks no refills then the food comes half hot half many days old. I tried the chicken tender platter the first time chicken was old and cold fries were prolly days old. Second time fiesta lime chicken chicken was cooked but the rice was so old and reheated it was gross. The drinks always have flakes of something in them. So they likely do not clean there beverage machine. I usually have to walk around and try to find anyone to pay and leave. Not worth your time go next door to bww they are at least we'll managed.

No way they washed their hands from going 3 seconds in the kitchen and then out… when Brandy brought our check she slammed it on my table walked away and told another server “they are getting on my nerves I need a blunt” and they walked away laughing I will not be returning !!!!! And I hope this place gets shut down!
