We were just there at 10:35 , with 2 cars in the parking lot. Doors were locked , and no one was answering the drive thru despite the open sign being on. What a waste.

The dining area was clean, cool and fun. There was a Hawaiian theme and each table had crayons/ cards/ word cross puzzles and cute things to do a you waited for your food. The staff was extra friendly and Shaun, the manager, was a pleasure to talk to. He was upbeat and paid special attention and care for the guests. The food was hot and quick and very tasty.

Had a great experience a few days ago—Nae was especially kind and helpful. At 67, I’ve been to many places, but this one stood out. Hot food, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

This place was an absolute dump. There were fries all over the floor, and none of the tables were clean. The manager was extremely snotty and unprofessional, and they were out of a lot of items. The drink area had no sauces, straws, or napkins, making it impossible to get what we needed.

We waited for over half an hour, only to find that several items from our order were missing. When I brought this up, the manager was incredibly rude. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but if that’s the case, they need to close until they can properly serve customers. Arby’s should be ashamed of this location.

I sat in the drive through for 10 min behind a car they pulled out with no food I pulled up and paid and sat for 9 min the girl at window asked what I ordered I told her I sat another 5 min then left with out my food I’ll never go back again
