We pulled into this Arby’s at 9:59pm, not knowing that they closed at 10pm. We were leaving for a eight hour road trip, not arriving until 6am, and hadn’t had dinner. Not only did Vanessa pleasantly take our order in the drive-through, but she was so very nice and greeted us with a smile at the window. The manager, Michael, then came over and thanked us for our business. We asked if they were closing and he said yes, but we are just making your food fresh!! We chatted and told them we were leaving for a long road trip and they not only provided us with a drink carrier, but also gave us a container for our ketchup! These people should have been closing up, but instead treated us with the kindest and best customer service imaginable! I would recommend this Arby’s location to anyone and want to publicly thank Michael and Vanessa for such awesome service!

Stopped here last night with my husband for some snacks. The service was AMAZING. Lucinda and Vanessa were wonderful taking our order with accuracy and patient while we decided what we were in the mood for. The food was delicious. Hot and fresh. Ty!!

He welcomed us as soon as we came in and went above and beyond to make sure he gave us the best deals possible including honoring my clients military discounts! We appreciate Wyatt! The evening crew was in a jubilant mood, even with the sudden rush at the drive-thru. They apologized for our wait, which made us chuckle because it was a shorter wait time than we have experienced at McD’s, Wendy’s, or TB. Food was delicious, and it was nice getting out of the cold and listening to the evening crew’s lighthearted fun while working.
Kid-friendliness: There was a family in the restaurant. Their small child accidentally spilt their milkshake onto their tray. An associate assisted in replacing it quickly, and assisted in cleanup. The child’s tears were stifled quickly. Our children are grown, but as a parent I can say that it was handled beautifully.

(2/10/25)Michael did a great job customer service excellent. Food was good and the store was clean.(2/20/25) Had such a great experience last week I had to stop by again. Today the entire team starting with Lucita, Michael and Vanessa as well as who else was back there did a fantastic job! The customer service at this location is the best in the tristate area for ANY restaurant I've experienced in a long time. From making sure your order is piping hot and fast to ensuring the store is clean and inviting all the way to a cordial and light hearted atmosphere they have in the kitchen 5 stars. From start to finish. Everyone working there deserves a raise.

Stopped after work for food and 5 cars in line around 630pm. Michael and Tashawn (hope I spelled correctly) were the only 2 people working in the restaurant. Had to wait a few minutes but Michael was honest about working short and apologized for the wait. I appreciated his honesty. Food was hot, staff were pleasant, and the two of them rocked it. Thanks for your hard work gentleman.
