12/21/2025 Placed order at register, paid with card. Girl at register was working both cash registers and looked over and said “you’re good”. Asked about receipt and she said you’re good. Received our pretzels and started to walk away and noticed received wrong pretzels. My husband turned around and said you gave us the wrong pretzels. Young female in yellow dirty shirt and not wearing gloves when handling food said we would have to wait. When my husband got to the register after standing in line….again. She asked where is the receipt. She argued and said we need receipt and I explained it was not provided to me after I paid. Male worker with long hair and not placed in a hair net, was making pretzels and said you need a receipt. After arguing, we finally got what we purchased.

They never change out the butter ,they reuse it for weeks at a time . The management are horrible completely unprofessional,including the district manager they treat the kids who work there horribly

Asked for pepperoni bites, old dude there flat out refused bc he would have to make them. If you’re so unsatisfied with your job, maybe get a new one, and probably something NOT in customer service.

Great pretzels if your there at the right time! Plus there way to expensive $8 for salt,yeast,and flour and a pinch of sugar and a small smattering of butter! Also carbonated brown water! But they are really good!

Employee made fun of my husband's accent and then insisted he put a tip on his credit card or he wouldn't get him his drink. With this kind of service it will be the next food court place to die in Galleria Mall.
Asked for a bucket of nuggets, they said they couldn't because they were about to close. It was 4:10pm and they don't close until 7pm. They also already had about 10 small cups of nuggets already made and just didn't want to think of a solution. Just lazy.

They were confused about how I wanted my order in two separate bags. Two pretzel dogs and two regular pretzels in one bag and one pretzel dog and one regular pretzel in another bag. Pretzel dogs were a bit burnt.
