Stopped in for my favorite drink....a mocha cappuccino blast. I have been to at least two dozen Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts in A LOT of states and it is amazing how different these drinks are made. Scarlett made my drink PERFECTLY! My third in as many days and 2 out of 3 made it right. At the 3rd one in WV, the employee told me it doesn't come with chocolate swirl and drizzle, just cinnamon. That's okay cause the other one across town makes it right. Husband enjoyed...

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Excellent customer service. Was disappointed didn't have the flavor i wanted, (Jamoca) which i thought would be a standard... and the scoops could have been a little bigger... but overall positive visit.
