I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! Gabby, who waited on us, was incredibly sweet and kind — she really made our visit extra special. The facility was spotless, and I was especially impressed by how accessible it was. My friend is handicapped, and the ramp was conveniently located right next to the parking area, which made everything so easy for us. It was such a pleasant visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Gabby and the team! The one on Queen Street in Dallastown!

Great place to visit with family and friends
Very friendly staff. Good ice cream!
Said open until 9 and they were closed at 8:40. L store I wanted some ice cream
We came here after having a terrible experience at the one on Mount Rose. She was not only patient but nice and this store seems to actually have things especially the new items in stock. I will start conducting my business here from now one. Totally worth the drive Btw their mangonada was made with perfection. Thank you
Very friendly staff. Good ice cream!

I like it a lot
Hello. I stopped at your Queen Street location today and purchased 2 cups of 2-scoop ice cream to go. They were handed to me in a closed paper bag. We saved them for dessert tonight. I was very disappointed in the completely unequaled of the 2 portions, which cost exactly the same. I cannot understand how this happens.

Drive the extra 1/2 mile south on Queen Street to Handel’s. At Baskin Robbin’s we paid over $17 for 5 scoops, but only received 4 scoops and had to go inside to get the missing one. The scoops are half the size of Handel’s for double the price. On top of that, BR’s ice cream tasted freezer burnt and had the texture of having partially thawed and refrozen. I should have known better when we pulled in and there was only one car in the drive-through on Labor Day (which actually could have been for DD).
