I can't begin to say what a wonderful experience I had at Becky's Kitchen the other day. We live right down the road but it was my first time visiting. Becky is a lovely , down to earth woman, and makes you feel right at home. I love all the old time antiques she uses to decorate her space. Her eatery is clean and spotless even with all the collectibles that decorate her walls and counters. I thoroughly enjoyed my BBQ Chicken sandwich and cheeseburger soup. The drinks are self serve with canned sodas and a coffee and tea station. What really impressed me is how kind she was to my family. My 4 year old and 22 months old are not always the easiest to keep quiet or settled in a restaurant and she brought out a box of toys full of trucks and other toys to entertain them and even pulled up a tractor seat type chair to see if my little guys would like to sit on it. She did everything with a warm smile. I felt like I was having lunch with family with the special attention we got and the kind words we received. Thank you Becky for being good to my family, you have no idea how much this meant , it's the little acts of kindness that mean the world. I am so thankful I have met you and look forward to visiting you again (hopefully soon! And for breakfast!!!)Becky's kitchen does not have an indoor bathroom, it has a outhouse (Porta Potty) that my 4 year old had to visit twice.( He was impressed with the bathroom accomodations and the wooden spoon handle to lift up the seat)I am so thankful Becky and her establishment are in our area! I'm not from this area, just visiting from Florida. I stopped in for breakfast with my hubby. Such a cozy little place decorated like you are walking into someone's kitchen; help yourself to some coffee. The food was plentiful and very good. Miss Becky was so friendly. If I get back to Wrightsville, I'll stop back in.

Poor service. Was pretty much asked to not come back. I have stomach issues and can’t eat many foods. I purchased my son food here the week before but I come here with a friend and didn’t order and the owner is drilling me about me not ordering and having my own water which I put away very nicely as soon as she asked and apologized. I’ve brought her business. I bring my clients here often and sometimes I’m the one paying for them. But that’s ok I’ll never ever be back. Absolutely disrespectful service. I’ve never had any restaurant have an issue with me not eating. Sorry for having stomach issues. Good Luck.

This restaurant is an absolute gem hole in the wall! It’s owned by a mother daughter duo and the mother is around 80 years old an absolute peach! The food was simple but tasted incredible- it honestly felt like I was eating in my mothers kitchen, the homiest of cooking! I would definitely recommend this place to others!
