Sat and waited nearly 20 minutes and no one waited on us. Waitresses walked past numerous times and just ignored us. Other people came in after us and were waited on immediately. Horrible service!!!!!

We ate there on 1/19/2025. I ordered. Oatmeal with the bacon appetizer , and a glass of water. The water tasted like dish detergent , the oatmeal was dry as saw dust, and the bacon was too peppery. I’ve eaten here in the past, and never had a problem, today it was snowing with minimal customers in the restaurant so I expected better. You’ll never get my money again.

Always good food . Getting kinda of ghetto in there. Staff playing their own music on their phones and talking loud and cursing. Time for a new a new place to meet with friends and family. Our waitress was amazing though .

Food is consistently alright. Every time I've been here the wait staff and ticket times, no matter how busy it dead it is, is just terribly slow. I walked out after waiting and hour and ten minutes after ordering my food and had 0 visits from my waitress to at least apologize for the ticket time, etc. will not be returning

I love this place The food is really delicious especially their breakfast is phenomenal. They have some really good deals that to be quite honest might be even better then your mom and Pop restaurants. The coffee is really good and the food varies from many different options. The menu is huge and their soup is great not to mention the banana nut bread and blueberry bread is baked fresh all day and they bake ther rolls and their biscuits all day long. It’s a wonderful place to go with your family and the service is really great.

The food was ok, but not up to normal Bob Evans standards. , Service was lacking. It seems the priority was vacuuming the floor. Tables had not been cleared and only 5 or so were occupied. Incoming guests were brought into the dining area to stand and watch as a table was cleared for them. We waited quite a while for a server. We watched and there seemed to be confusion as to who was responsible for which area. Our server was very nice and did a good job. A general lack of direction seemed to be the order of the day.
The table they sat myself & my handicap client at a table that needed fixed it tilted when we asked to be re-seated we were ignored, the handicap parking is at the other end of the door which made it hard for me client who is disabled

We ordered carryout. The meal I ordered was a beef tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was supposed to have sautéed onions and mushrooms. Well now. The broccoli had yellow areas on the ends and on the florets, which is a sign that it is old broccoli. As for the onions and mushrooms: there were three very small pieces of onion and four pieces of mushroom that weren't even a full slice of a mushroom. Also, maybe the cook needs to understand what "tenderized" means. We've eaten in the restaurant a lot and were never served a meal like this. So we're done with your carryout service, and maybe even eat in as well because this isn't the first time we've had issues with the carryout. I could tell that Shamar wasn't cooking. He wouldn't have let that go out the door.

Don't go anymore because the door is not handicap friendly. There is button to push to open the door and it's to hard to try to open the door, hold the door and get me and a walker in.
