Years ago before moving south I ordered here all the time when working in Dallastown. Told all nurses I oriented if they want to order out that their food is good. Haven’t eaten there since I moved back. Last week I ordered a cheesesteak with marinara and wings. Loved the cheesesteak. Wings were crispy but a little overcooked so dry. Today I called to order a cheesesteak for dinner and decided to get 2 so I would have lunch for tomorrow. I told the girl taking my order I wanted sauce 3 times. I get home and opened my cheesesteak and no sauce on either. I called and spoke to Jen the manager and she said I could drive back 20 minutes one way or more during rush hour traffic to get new subs. Been up since 430 and worked 10 hours so no I’m not driving back. Basically told me I could come and get new subs or the sauce. I said someone can deliver the right subs to me and she said you’re not n our delivery area. Exactly! I live too far to deliver to but I’m suppose to drive back to you to remedy your mistake. I wanted a refund or new subs when I was in the area. She said she can’t do that so I said well you just lost a customer. She didn’t seem concerned about it and argued with me. They lost a customer and word of mouth advertising over $20. They screwed up my order then wanted me to drive back to their store. No thanks! Poor customer service and I won’t be back!

Done ordering food at this place. Every time it takes absolutely forever to get your order. This time I spent 15 minutes on hold for their phone system to hang up on me when I called back and told them I had been on hold. The girl told me it would still be a few more minutes and they would be back because there was only one girl answering the phones. That's fine my business goes to Romas from now on.

50$Dissapointment. Never ordering from Bubba D's again.We got 2 pizza's a French fry, and a sub. I would be ashamed to send food out like this. All of it was cold. The 10inch BBQ chicken pizza was just disgusting. The larger pizza was cold, if soggy. Nope never again.
Omg AMAZING!!!! 1st time ordering, the girl who answered the phone was so nice and helpful, food was amazing! I'm very picky with my wings and always have to tell places how to make them. Since it was my 1st time ordering from here, I didn't suggest anything, I just ordered how they come. PERFECTION!!!! As for the pizza,( same thing I always have a special request, didn't this time.) Perfect!!! The delivery guy was nice and i got my food fast! Plus their prices are good! This is my new favorite pizza place!!!

The chicken may be good but $75 for 48 wings that some were smaller than a chicken nugget completely not worth it. Especially when 50 wings are only $45!! Which is what I thought I was paying. Then they tried to say it was because I got more than 2 flavors. Never had this issue in Shrewsbury!! Way overpriced at Queen St may be owned by same people but way better service in Shrewsbury won’t buy from Queen St again!!

Pizza is amazing!! Wings are probably the best in the area!! The Stromboli is absolutely a waste of money though.....not enough to even fill the ends and when I asked the staff about it they said if infant more meat is have to pay $4 extra so I did and got maybe 1/4 cup extra. Overall good food just don't waste your money on the boli!!!
