Absolutely amazing service while visiting BBW yesterday. General Manager Frank went above and beyond to accommodate our large party — his attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. Our server Zoey was equally impressive — friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is the second time in a row I’ve come to this location and I’ve been seated at a table that is dirty. That is a huge turn off right off the bat before I’ve even ordered. In the most recent occurrence there were cup rings all over the table it was clear it was not wiped at all. Looking around my table I can see other tables that are also dirty. This place is overpriced to begin with at least clean your tables. No wonder it’s peak dinner hours and nobody is here.

It took a long time for food to come to us. atmosphere was good. The food was some sort under the light and it was kind a stale. You’re better off going to the one in West York PA or Hanover PA.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Was sat down and greeted quickly, everything was going good until we got our food. A friend of mine got her fries before her wings, my wings were barley coated in sauce and my friend got her wings with no sauce, as she asked for them to be tossed in a certain flavor. Waitress basically just said “sorry” and didn’t try to fix the problem and instead my friend was given 4 cups of her preferred sauce. I never received my fries and I had told her about it, never did get them. After getting our food and sometime passed, we realized we hadn’t seen our waitress in some time. We gave a little more time as it was a busy night and was trying to be understanding but after a certain period of time of not seeing her, I had to get up and find someone to get our checks. We asked for them to be split, finally our waitress reappeared but gave us one check. Not a big deal but after everything else that had happened, that topped it off. We left a small tip and after looking at my friends statement, it showed a different tip then what we had left so can only assume the waitress added a number to get more money. Once again, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had and will most likely never return.

Food was good but service sucked. Waited forever for our food, was there for over an hour before we even got it. No refills were offered. Then when we were ready to go we sat and waited awhile, server took check and card and took 25 mins to come back.

The atmosphere lacked control as well as poor management over service members. I had witnessed multiple servers being mistreated. While services members took control over the tables, somehow customers were allowed to DoorDash food from Wing Stop. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Its unfortunate the establishment didn't implement it's rules. I hope the establishment could find ways to accommodate for these mistakes.
