Absolutely amazing service while visiting BBW yesterday. General Manager Frank went above and beyond to accommodate our large party — his attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. It took a long time for food to come to us. atmosphere was good. The food was some sort under the light and it was kind a stale. You’re better off going to the one in West York PA or Hanover PA.
Ordered to go and was in the restaurant 5 minutes before suggested pickup time. Waited 30 minutes before a manager asked for the name on my order. He said it was done and just needed to be bagged. Que me waiting another 15 minutes for my order to finally come out. Short staffed or bad service you call it.
Edit: changed to three stars. I called and spoke with the general manager Frank who was very apologetic and offered a full refund on the food.
