Only had 2 drafts, a Blue Moon and Bud . Bought the Bud cause the Blue Moon didn't taste right. They both tasted bad. They need to clean their lines. This is has happened many times at different bars, but never a BWW.

If you want overcooked food. Bacon so hard that it cuts everyone's mouth. Over sauced wings and over all musty atmosphere well there you go. Server was a wonderful person atleast.

I ordered their new combination with the wings, tenders, and fries, alongside an all American cheeseburger. And they forgot the tenders in the combination, wich is what made that combo be an upcharge compared to the one without the tenders. Everytime I order from here they always forget something. If you do go, make sure you check they gave you everything!!

Whats the point of having a pick up time for your online order if you have no clue when your order will be ready shouldnt have to wait an extra 35 mins past your pick up time awhile order after order for doordashes are done

The waitress wasn't terrible but everything else was. The table was dirty with BBQ sauce all over the menu. Chicken crumbs were on the napkins. The lemonade was terribly watered down due to an issue with the tap. Why are knives and forks brought out not wrapped. The wings that came out for me and my daughter were hard. The wings looked like they were sitting out for hours. On top of that the waitress was the only one buying the tables and waiting on the tables. The check came out with no holder. Management needs to do a better job.
Horrible service, plus the bar tender had 3 inchs of head in my beer.... normally I like head.... but not in my beer..... won't be coming back here again. Service has been going down hill everytime I go in there. Go some where else where u don't have to pay for half a beer.... and wait 10 mins just to get a beer... then another 20 mins to order.... then another 30 mins for food.... Horrible place

I usually don’t comment on food reviews but I must say this was one of the worst food experiences ever. The food was disgusting and prepared so lackadaisically, the “house sampler” was a sloppy mess and looked nothing like the picture. The mozzarella sticks tasted like frozen garbage. The wings were far beyond overcooked and hard as rocks. Big disappointment.

Extremely slow service. Every time we go there we wait over 5 minutes just to be seated. There is no crowd, plenty of servers, they just walk by us as we wait to be seated. I actually watched someone come in and wait so long they called from the front lobby to get service. I've given it 3 chances don't think I'll do it again.

We ordered delivery for my wife's birthday and spent over $60 for three people. We ordered 5 naked tenders, kids tenders and a burger. The naked tenders were smaller than my pinky finger. The kids tenders were soggy and all the breading had fallen off. I understand times are tough and restaurants need to be a little more expensive, but charging $15+ for about 2.5oz of chicken is absurd. This chain has fallen off drastically over the years. Completely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
