I like it here. Sometimes you have to ask them to put the right game on the TVs but they will if you ask. Service gets patchy after 8-9ish as the dinner crowd wanes, so get what you need from the wait staff while you can or sit at the bar. Food ordered online is always ready on time and ready to pick up hassle free. Wings are always good.

This was our anniversary night out. We chose BWW because that’s where we used to go when we were both in the army together. When we arrived the host put us at an awkward angled table that was partially in the walk way despite there only being two other seated families in that dining area. He threw the menus down on the table, I implore the owner/manager to review the cameras. After a few minutes our server walks buy and says she’ll be with us in a minute. She then proceeds to take two different tables orders and bring them drinks. She had been to the other tables twice now, and those tables already had drinks and appetizers prior to us arriving. Our server then walked buy us again without acknowledging us and went to the drink station. At this point we left. This was the second time being ignored and left out at this location. The last time we were here we got our food then never saw our server until we were done eating. It was real nice eating hot wings with nothing to drink. This was about 2 months ago and we decided to try them again today for our anniversary hoping it was just a one off. We had been hear many times, driving out of the way of the market st location for the superior service and quality of food. I don’t know what has changed in the past few months but will definitely not be going back. Never have I felt more disrespected from a restaurant.

Horrible service took almost an hour for food with 3 tables and a few people at the bar. Long times without any employees in sight. Not a lunch spot by any means. Food tasted good but ticket times are horrendous.

Service is usually hit or miss. Mostly miss unless you get Jen the bartender during the week. The other servers I had including today are hard to find and more a warm body than a server. Food is good which is a constant. Place is generally clean. You get seated quickly. Though again waiting for a server could be a little. Kind of a roll of the dice.

Our first and last time trying this restaurant. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a chicken cheesesteak. Unfortunately took one bite of the buffalo chicken, and saw that it was completely raw in the center. Called the restaurant, and the manager said they would be happy to refund the 12.99. I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning from the one bite.

Only had 2 drafts, a Blue Moon and Bud . Bought the Bud cause the Blue Moon didn't taste right. They both tasted bad. They need to clean their lines. This is has happened many times at different bars, but never a BWW.

If you want overcooked food. Bacon so hard that it cuts everyone's mouth. Over sauced wings and over all musty atmosphere well there you go. Server was a wonderful person atleast.

I ordered their new combination with the wings, tenders, and fries, alongside an all American cheeseburger. And they forgot the tenders in the combination, wich is what made that combo be an upcharge compared to the one without the tenders. Everytime I order from here they always forget something. If you do go, make sure you check they gave you everything!!

Whats the point of having a pick up time for your online order if you have no clue when your order will be ready shouldnt have to wait an extra 35 mins past your pick up time awhile order after order for doordashes are done
