This place is about as disorganized, dysfunctional, lacking in customer focus. We’ve ordered food to go from here, given us a pickup time… we show up and wait another 25 minutes.. only to find out that our food was read the entire time AND cold. We’ve had missing food in our order to go. Dining in - my son was fed a completely raw burger, we’ve been told wait times of 30 minutes when the place was ABSOLUTELY dead, this place is horrible! East York, while not perfect is at least competent and capable. This place is a literal joke.

Just ordered from DoorDash The mac & cheese was cold and disgusting And the chicken sandwich taste weird And the queso Was cold and watery I would never get nothing from here again 💯

We met our family at this restaurant right by the Manchester town center at 5:45. We waited for 10 -15 minutes before the waitress came to get our drink order. We waited another 10 for them to be brought out. It wasn’t even busy at the time. When we put in our dinner orders, we waited and waited another 30 -40 minutes for them to be food to come out. Mine was the original chicken sandwich which was so over fried that it was paper then and tough. The fries were Luke warm at best. My wife liked her burger, but my son didn’t really like his chicken tenders they were over fried and tough. We ordered the upgraded cookie skillet dessert and it took another 20 minutes for that to arrive. The cookie was as hard as a rock! Drink refills all night had to keep asking and took a long time to arrive. Finally at 7:30 when the check came out all of the checks were wrong and she had to rerun which again took another 15 minutes. The waitress apparently was new but she obviously needed more training or help. Overall not a good experience.

Came here like 2 weeks ago and Donny was my server and he was the sweetest server I ever came across. He made my it easy to order and customized my order to make it make sense and cheap. He was very knowledgeable and always checked on me to make sure everything okay. My bill was cheaper than my tip and he deserves employee of the month. I’m here today and very sad I don’t see my Donny hopefully next time he’s here.

Came in and nobody at front to greet customers. Stood there for about 15 minutes and then finally left. Never even talked to anyone. They sure aren't losing money on overhead. Looked like 1 girl was trying to do everything.

The waitress was really kind and attentive. The mozzarella sticks were good and the wings. The fried pickles, tacos, and onion rings were not great. Very plain and chicken in the tacos tasted weird. Not sure how the kitchen is running but seems short staffed. We waited 40 minutes for an appetizer and 20 more minutes for food.
The waitress was good, attentive enough. The food was okay. We ordered an appetizer (chips & 3 dips) so we had something to nosh on while we waited for our entree. Our appetizer came out one minute, if that, before our entree, which was disappointing. The kitchen and wait staff should probably try to coordinate that timing.

Worst dining experience. I got my beer and food but my husband never got his beer or food. Server forgot about us and we felt ignored. Wasn't even a busy time. Manager adjusted bill, minus the missing items. We will never return. I guess boomers aren't welcomed here. No tip of course.

I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries. I had the mango haberno & the hot sauce (you can get a different sauce for every order of 5) just the right amount of heat that lingers on your tongue also got a large Troegs draft ($8.00 because most places won't put beer prices in menu )

The food was absolutely five-star—delicious and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, the service provided by Chase was extremely disappointing. After being seated, we waited a bit for our drinks, which wasn’t too bad, but things quickly went downhill. We ordered bottomless appetizers and four beverages with free refills, but it took 30 minutes just to receive our first round of appetizers. We placed our food order at that time, and, regrettably, that was the last time we saw our server for the duration of our visit.
During our hour and a half stay, we never received any refills on our drinks, and our bottomless appetizers were never replenished. This was, unfortunately, the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a $0 tip.
