Order a DD delivery from this store they forget my drink, when I called they offered me go grab it, doesn't make sense if I paid for a delivery, why would I go there? Or maybe I don't have the way to go there don't you think. But I submitted a complaint and the company responded me with credits so thank you.

We both had the original Whopper and the first few bites the sandwich was very good, but about halfway through items tops of the buns started to fall apart. I think the toasting process dried out the tops.
Also, it was hard to find clean booths or tables to eat our food as well as the soft drink area was badly in need of some basic housekeeping/cleaning.

Been there 2 times in 6 months. I always order 2 original chicken sandwich with cheese, the first time i went there, i have to do take out because my drivers side window is broken, i order inside the restaurant. The first time the sandwiches had no cheese, i went tonight after work. It had cheese but it was just one slice ripped up and laid sporadically on the chicken. I wish i could post a pic, you have to pay an additional 1.25 for extra cheese

This is going to be a very bad review my husband and I just waited almost an hour for a mobile order when he asked for onion rings that were not sitting there the whole time we had been there the girl behind the counter started screaming I walked toward the counter and told her she did not have to be like that she began screaming at me she then was threatening I hope they close this burger king I asked the manager for the girls name so I could file a complaint she stood there and stared at me and said nothing this is so ridiculous if you want good friendly service might I suggest Wendy's or McDonald's and the new burgers they have are not even good

The fries were cold and there was a lot of salt and the burger had too much mayonnaise. I asked for it with cheese and they didn't add it.
Look at the reviews 3 months ago compared to now it tells you everything you need to know, sat in line for over 30 minutes & had to repeat my order 10 times over the speaker until they could finally understand anything, once I got my food it was wrong twice and they finally got it right my 3rd time around but it was ice cold. Please spend your money somewhere else it’s time for the manager to go & get new employees in there this is the saddest Burger King I’ve ever been to pure shame.

We drove through about 9:30 in the evening. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce extra mayonnaise. It came with lettuce and no mayonnaise and it was cold. The fries were cold. my husband ordered a whopper and it was cold Like it has been sitting around for a while. We will not be going to Burger King again , they do not let you have it your way and the food is disappointing every time!

This Burger King is a joke. Sat in line for 30 minutes, the only person there who seemed to actually want to work was the lady running the first window. Finally got to the second window and there were 3 people laughing and carrying on till the lady from the first window came back and I assume yelled at them. Basically spend your money somewhere else this isnt the only option in the area and the service at other places couldnt be worse than this.
