waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, tell the worker i wanted no cheese on my burger give benefit of the doubt after checking and see cheese! this is by far the worst burger king i have ever been to will never be going here again!

would have been great if they could follow simple directions on doordash orders and NOT PUT THINGS ON FOOD THAT WERE TAKEN OFF BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES!!!! THANKS FOR TRYING TO KILL ME!Dietary restrictions: they don't follow the orders directions so apparently they don't care about their customers.

Don’t bother telling them you have an allergy and you need your sandwich plain. I ended up with pickles, Mayo, tarter, onions and an old piece of fish. I was traveling through & stopped by the drive through.I called and was upset and talked with the manger, she got loud & ignorant so I returned the same attitude.I was simply trying to make them aware that could have killed me, epi pen or not.I will be contacting corporate.

Normally have okay experiences with this location, however, my husband went in to order an ice cream cone, paid for it and waited over 20 minutes as people who came in after him and ordered more got there food. He went up to ask them about the ice cream and even though he paid for it, they told him they forgot to tell him the machine isn’t working. Didn’t even get refunded for it because they said, “We can try to find someone to refund it.” Figured it was a lost cause at that point since he had already waited almost 30 minutes to be told the machine doesn’t work. I understand being short staffed, but to waste someone’s time and money is the ridiculous part of it.

Nobody noticed me standing there and a line formed of which I got behind, being served after two people that entered the restaurant after me. Service was slow as workers were going about 900 miles an hour to keep up with both the drive through and counter, definitely short staffed. Anyway the Whopper was excellent but a little dry. Fries were hot and fresh. The price seamed a little much for what you get.

I stopped at Burger King and walked in. They locked the door at 8:30 pm, then I left. Because I can't use drive thru that, I am deaf and can't hear on the drive-thru speaker. I decided to come back at 9:30pm, and tried to use the drive-thru straight to the window instead of the speaker. I talked to the person in the window. I told him that I am deaf, I could not walk in, and the door was locked, and I would like to order it in the window. He said, "I am apologize. We are very shortage staffed and closed tonight." I said ok, thank you for letting me know, then I left. A few minutes later that I saw there was another car into the drive-thru and ordered it. I do not really appreciate that.

I got a simple egg and sausage biscuit! It was hard as a rock! I bit into it and it cracked my tooth!!!! Never eat there! This place continues messing up my orders! Seriously!!!!!!

i’ve been here a couple times and every single time i am here it takes a decent amount of time to get through the drive through and they are not the friendliest. I have never been here where one worker was nice to me or had a good attitude.

I went to get food yesterday on my way to work , there were only 2 other cars in line and I had ended up waiting there for over 40 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, I couldn't even back up or pull forward to leave so I was very late to work.i never even got to order taken. Thank you so much burger King staff.
