They forgot one of my burgers (They always forget something) and they told me to pull around the front and they'd bring it, and never did. I ended up leaving. We refuse to go back after having this happen repeatedly.

I feel like they need to either hire more employees, Employees, that actually care, And better management….. One time I waited an hour at this place for them to still get my order wrong… And right now I’m currently waiting 15 minutes now in the drive-through just to get too stupid snack wraps…. If there was another Burger King closer, I would definitely go to that one…. It seems the only have 1,2 or 3 workers in this place at a time… The employees Seems to be Very lackadaisical

I know fast food always gets a complaint, but im gunna complement this burger king tonight!!!!!!! The young man assembling the burgers did a great job they had what they needed and didnt need. And they weren't messy and thrown together disgusting. && all items order were in the bag. Nothing missing. So whoever the crew is tonight 7/7/2025 @ 7pm you guys rock. Thank you.

Well, there was one car in front of me at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. After the car in front of me spent 5 + minutes at the window (and got two soda refills) I finally got to the window. Chicken Sandwich and Double Cheeseburger. Waited at the window for another 5+ minutes, ... move to a space... +10 minutes more, went in with my receipt to ask for my money. Asked for a refund. Watched them pick the cheeseburgers out of a container and make the sandwich in seconds. I still wanted my money back, they handed me the bag of food and turned their backs to me. +27 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger . I don't have that kind of time for a lunch break. It was similar experience last time , I really wanted to try the one in Red Lion, but I was a lot closer to this one. I will avoid it at all cost, and I have been a customer at this location since they opened when I was a child in the late 70s. Avoid this location is my advice. The food was exactly as expected, and was made like you would expect. The service is the huge issue .

Well, I have not had to write a fast-food review it quite a while, unfortunately, my experience last night needs to be on record for others to see,
After getting off work and picking up my girlfriend we wanted a quick snack to hold us over until dinner later on at home, well, what was supposed to be Two Honey mustard wraps turned into a mess,
We got our food and drove to the mall to eat and do some shopping, when we got there we sat down and took a bite of the chicken wraps, the chicken was raw, crunchy and chewy, absolutely unaccusable, that's literally POISONING people, We got up, left the Mall, drove back to Burger King, and the Manager had the nerve to tell me that the meat isn't raw, I laughed and told her to take a bite if she doesn't believe me, after arguing with me, the customer, they finally made two new wraps, Bets part? They didn't want to do anything to make it right for the RAW chicken,

I had to go out of my way to ask for something in return, they wanted to offer me a $1 pie... I told them it better be something better than that, I should have gotten a full refund and then some for both me and my girlfriend, soon to be wife, eating RAW chicken, they only get 2 stars because the poor guy confused and worried at the drive through window was trying his best, so props to him. The useless manager didn't even come to speak with me, instead shouted across the store and never even looked my direction,

I suggest hiring some competent managers that know what they are doing and know how to handle customer service.

This is the 2nd time we went to this BK and the 2nd time they forgot some of our food and the teen at the window gave us attitude because they would've forgotten more and did absolutely nothing just stood there on her phone. Never go to this BK

Want to give a shout out to helen the general manager. She is super nice and takes care of her guests. Definitely knows how to run a buisness and deserves some kind of raise for the way she cares and makes sure all guests are well taken care off. I'll be back just because of her.

Good luck getting what you order here. 75% of the time they will be out of something when you mobile order. You won't find out till they tell you at the speaker. I wish there was another Burger King that was as easy to get in and out of as this one is

At Take out window- They asked me to pull into a parking spot until the Fries were done.
I appreciated 2 things. that they made fries, I hate old stale fries, and it was so blustery and cold when a man happily appeared with my food, Thanked me and wished me a wonderful night 👍👍👍

I've visited this location 3 times over the last year, but every visit they've messed up our order. We understand mistakes happen, but my main issue is with the attitude you encounter when you try to get the issues fixed. The employees I've encountered here have been rude during every visit (for issues as small as not receiving sauces we asked for to as big as forgetting an entire meal).

I work a 1/4 mile away from this place yet I spent 20 out of 30 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger and fry making me late back to work, the cheeseburger was disgusting so much ketchup and mustard it was just oozing out of the wrapper, had to try getting my own soda while a cashier was walking around on the soda counter playing with decorations not very sanitary.
Don't think I will spend another dime of my money here again.
