I ordered a dbl chsburg meal size medium with a diet coke. Get to the window and the middle aged women running the drive thru proceeds to argue with me that I only ordered a dbl chsburg and then she proceeds to pore me a regular coke and then argues with me again saying I said a regular coke. She was the rudest person I ever encountered. I will not go to that burger king again.

The shift lead that was on duty that day was very rude and arrogant. She did not ask if I wanted to dine or carry out. She just assumed I wanted carry out. My spouse came up to her to ask her for ketchup the shift lead acted like she did not want to touch her hand because she’s black. You don’t need to be a shift lead if you’re gonna act like this. Additionally she was talking about fellow co-workers at the front counter where I could hear her. That’s unacceptable. Also you had the cooks on their phones when it was slow hiding behind the counter which I could still see. Not very sanitary.

Food was good but shift manager Amanda? I think, ignored me at the front counter for 5 minutes before waiting on me while she was prepping drive thru orders. She had 4 orders ready for the drive thru dude and still ignored me

Well the cashier doesn't seem like she wanted to be there, very unprofessional short white lady. She act like she didn't want to take my order, threw the receipt and the food at me across the counter. Yeah last time patronizing this place. If you don't want to do your job, that you signed up for, stay home.

Let me tell you I will never patronize this Burger King again as long as the so-called general manager Savanah is still there over this store!!! She is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and not fit to be in any leadership role!!! Savanna was impatient with me! Did not allow me to ask a question about paying with a debit card that is available via my sons phone she immediately assumed it was Apple Pay and before I could finish my sentence she quickly stated in a monotone voice we don’t take Apple Pay. I paused and said to her you did not let me finish my question she said I know because I’m letting you know we don’t take Apple Pay. Well it’s not Apple Pay ohh well we don’t take anything like that— ok but you should let me ask my question first before you are quick to answer. Savanaaaah then says very sarcastically in a dry tone well do you want to ask your question now…. Ok I ask for the manager then and you know of course she is the manager so I ask for her boss of course she is that too!!! Then again in a very unbothered dry tone with a splash of sarcasm savantttahhj ask do you still want your food. The only reason I still paid is because my son was hungry. I asked for her name she would it give it. I paid for the food, parked and walked in to speak with someone else that had some communication skills!!! Thank you Katrina for actively listening to a patron of your facility!! I feel sorry for the staff at this Burger King location with them having to deal with savannnnnahaaahhhhhs nasty attitude! Because best believe if she treats the customers like this she will treat her staff the same!!

I can’t complain on the app because i don’t have proof of purchase (because the receipt was among the things they forgot), but I came for breakfast where it was not busy at the time i went in drive thru, ordered two meals and an extra side of large hashbrowns—which they forgot— so i parked and came inside to mention something. when i told them i was missing something from our drive thru order they asked “what order” when i had literally just pulled away from the drive thru and back into the lot when i realized what was missing. after further explanation one worker grabbed a thing of hashbrowns off the warmer and, even after making sure it was a large hashbrown before i left, i left the building to see that it was the same size as the medium hashbrown i received in one of the meals. It’s disheartening paying money to eat out and pay the bills of people who don’t want to do their job properly. They knew what they were doing giving me a medium after i clearly said i was missing a large hashbrown, and even clarified the size of the one they gave me after coming in. I hate to complain, because i get people have bad days, but seriously. If you’re going to not believe people when they say they’re missing something from their order, remember to give them a receipt so they can prove it. I came in and was kind and respectful to the workers about this innocent mistake and was greeted with scoffs and looks. And to be given a medium after even asking if it was a large to replace what THEY forgot in the first place? again, to be that way to a paying customer who is being understanding and nice about the issue is craaaaaaazy.

Woman taking the order was rude and impatient. You get paid to be friendly and offer friendly customer service if you can’t do that find another job. ridiculous. I’ll be contacting the manager. Also charged me for pickles, that’s a first.
