I ordered a pizza and an Italian Stromboli. I called to complain that the meat (later identified as the capicola) had a sour taste and smell. I picked this order up on my way home from work and I live 25 minutes away from their establishment. I was told by Leanna to bring the order back and they will figure out what is wrong and make a new one. So I drive another 25+ back in 3:30 traffic to bring back the order. I asked if they could remake the pizza since it is now cold and I’m going to have to wait now for the other half of my order to be made. I was met with the response of “well you could have ate the pizza”. That is the least that could have been done for my trouble I feel like. But oh well it was my first and last time ordering from them I got a refund at that point because if you can serve someone spoiled meat and take a pizza that had 1 slice taken out of it to reheat it in an area that can’t be seen there is no telling what other unsanitary and wrongful practices will be made.

Went there several times paid for extra meat didn't get it I should have learned my lesson the first time even though I live around the corner I still didn't feel like walking back up there in the cold page $16.63 for this sandwich I hope it lets me put the picture you won't have to worry about us coming no more.

Your food may taste good but lately it has been crap. The last few times I have ordered and got my pizza this is how it looks. Nothing like not having pick the cheese off the bottom of the box to have it on the pizza. I will NEVER order from here again! I spend $45 for pizza, I expect it to actually be pizza and not slop. It used to be good but now it’s slop. Thanks for taking my money and providing crap. Should I mention, we did both take out and delivery to see if it was a delivery problem and it’s not.

This place has the best cheeseburger subs in York I feel like I can confidently say that as I’ve eaten at most of pizza shops around and i eat cheeseburger subs weekly, ontop of that the prices are great!

We’ve ordered take out from here a few times. We work fairly close so it’s very convenient. Although our last two times ordering from here have been absolutely awful. (I thought the second to last time was just a coincidence and gave it the benefit of the doubt) turns out it’s just how they’re. We each ordered subs and 2 of ours had little to no cheeseburger in it, just packed with lettuce and mayo. They didn’t even bother cutting up the tomatoes. Just huge chunks of tomato. All around just terrible subs. We will stick to Lattucas!
