Carryout courier is a great delivery service for food.

Never received my order. They dont place your order right away if they dont have the delivery drivers to cover your area. I got a call that my order would be about 10 minutes late and then didn't hear anything for another 45 minutes. Then I get a call that my order was cancelled because they dont have enough drivers. This is a poor business model.

Very pathetic. Ordered pizza 2 hours and three phone calls later they tell me there are no drivers after telling us 2 times prior they were 5 minutes away

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My office used Carryout Courier all the time prior to the takeover by Mr. Delivery. Since the takeover, the drivers are always late and I have absolutely no faith that they will deliver our order correctly. I would not recommend anyone use this. I had to argue with several reps on the phone for OVER 45 minutes before they would even agree to refund our food. They were over an hour late even picking up our order, I had to order food from somewhere else and then they tried to deliver us the cold food over an hour late.They lost our company's business.

I had a very poor experience. The food was late and also cold. I called the restaurant and got the number for the “manager” whom I later found out was the actual owner. Chad argued with me at lenth about my situation and even at one point told me that I should put my cold wings in the microwave. ( the owner of the company based out of York told me to do this) I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time on the phone just to revive a refund for food I was not going to eat. It literally took a person from the logistics management of the franchiser to hear me out and refund my money. I have never in my entire life had such a poor customer service experience, ever. I also manage a restaurant and wound never in a million years treat a customer they way I was treated. Never once did Chad even mention that this was his company. The owner didn’t even take ownership of his own business when there was a problem.

I have had a previous poor experience with Carryout Courier; however they corrected it and even though I was reluctant to order again, I did with a much better experience. The driver was very quick to deliver my food. She was very kind and the food was still hot (score!). Thank you!
