Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Twice in a row ordered subs...spent 40 plus each time. They have yet to get an order correct....cheesesteaks are so soggy...you pick up and they fall apart...subs are made like a sandwich and everything falls out

The food is good when you get what you order. I have NEVER, not once, received a correct order. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and gone back, but they’ve had too many chances.

This chain just serves the most unflavored chicken cheesesteaks I’ve ever tasted. Doesn’t matter which location I go to.

Have eaten at the one at Park City and loved it. This location it was horrible. The frys were soggy and cold. The sandwich you couldn't pick up because there was so much grease soaked into the roll. It was a huge disappointment.

Charlie’s cheesesteak and wings is not very good. The chicken wings are overcooked. The cheese steaks are very bland and have no seasoning. They are unaware of the specials that they offer even though the sign is in the front and you ask them for it they charge you full price, even though there is a special And then argue with you telling you there is no special on that specific day. I had to get the manager the manager, then did not know about the special as well. I had to point to the sign and show them. I asked them to have just chicken wings and they told me I can’t just have chicken wings I had to buy a whole meal, so I told the manager that I only wanted chicken he ended up just refunding me for the french fries that I had paid for. I still had to pay full price for the wings even though there was a deal for $.30 wings not very helpful and the food was not good.

I ordered online, and I was a little worried about the reviews but decided to try anyway.So here goes, I got the KENTUCKY BOURBON CHEESESTEAK for the price I paid, it's not bad. It was a little small for a regular (which till see what the large looks like next ), but with topping it kind of made up for it. I got extra onion crisp, just perfect. Had a ton of sauce that pretty much driped down my hand. The meat was juice and fresh lettuce n tomatoes. I also got chicken bites with mango habanero sauce, and it was spicy .. oh boy spicy ? but it was just like any other chicken bites.All in all I will order from here again. Want to see what other meal is good here.

Had the Old School Cheese Steak. It was good. Loaded with lots of meat. Must admit I was disappointed in the amount of onions, far less than advertised. Needs a lot more. Also didn't put the banana peppers on I requested. The price was also too much for what I got. Sandwich was good, but cost too much for what I got.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star for service is because the skinny lady in the front is RUDE... I like there food& drinks but her service SUCKS they definitely need to keep her behind the scenes... The Young guy who works the front Gives Amazing service... but having a bad experience with the lady then I understand the language she speaks I don't think she realized I speak the same language and to hear her talk about me to the guy in the back made me more annoyed makes me not want to come back I give her ????????

Customer service is horrible. Note to the franchise owner/operator: You may benefit off the location and the $5 off perk for 1st time customers, but if you want RETURNING customers teach your employees customer service etiquette, especially at the register.And the 4 piece boneless wings with fries combo isn't worth the $6.49. A kids handful of fries and boneless wings more like small nuggets

I ordered online on Uber Eats. The first order was canceled by the driver so I placed another order and it took them two hours to completely give me my order when I got the order the food was called it was soggy it wasn’t quite right either. Kind of seems like they just sent me that first order that they made that was never picked up by the first driver. I’ll never order from here again the food I got was terrible even besides the fact of it being cold and soggy

We ordered online for delivery. It was cold when it got here, so we had to warm it up. I wouldn't say it was worth the price. I've had worse, but I've had better as well. If you're hungry and you're in walmart, sure stop in. But I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

I really do like their food. The wings are A1 and that strawberry lemonade has me in a chokehold. It's sssssooooooo good!!!
