Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I speak English and we have a hard time understanding each other. They have the best ice cream when it’s working as well as the soda and ice machine.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I rarely leave reviews and as someone who works in fast food I understand but the balding guy with grey hair and glasses who’s always on register in here needs to work on his customer service and how he treats his customers idc if it’s inside a Walmart or not. He rushed me to come up in the line and order while I was on the side looking at the menu. I attempted to order 2 small chicken cheesesteaks and almost got charged $20 for it. I stated very nicely that the pricing didn’t look right as it’s 6 and some change for each sandwich. He erased the whole order I repeated more than twice and got mad I asked for my receipt. He decided to get smart and say yeah when it comes out and rolled his eyes and said something slick out of his mouth and asked my bf how he puts up with me and I snapped and it lead to an argument All over a RECEIPT . If i’m spending money with you don’t try to clown in my face . UNPROFESSIONAL trolling or not watch how you talk to people

Absolutely DO NOT order from here. I wish I had an image of what I received that they considered a cheesesteak… basically just bread with a pinch of meat and a pinch of cheese. They should absolve themselves from the cheesesteak business

Rude cashier flipped out on a lady for stuff she didn't want on her sub then go hippy and flipped out on me causing a loud argument and cussing worst place ever I would never order there. Horrible staff/owner. Please do better.

Nothing like a real Philly cheesesteak I’ve had in Philly. Fries and smothered fries were good. Atmosphere, well if you like watching Walmart customers entering and leaving the store, sitting next to claw games and soda machine is your thing, you’ll love this place! People behind the counter were very courteous.

I've been trying to give this place an opportunity for about a year but every single time I get the same thing. Incorrect orders, overpricing, the cashier is not aware of the deals or the deals that you get in the app, the fries are never cooked the same and they mix batches of overcooked with barely cooked fries, the tables most of the time are always dirty and the food tastes different every time you come in even if you order the same thing every time. If you have an order of more than 2 sandwich/meals, it's a back and forth of about 3 minutes each time.

It's imperative that they have someone on the front that speaks English fluently, and consider yourself lucky if you get that. Most of the employees are rude or they just brush off your complaint. I used to love the chicken teriyaki sandwich with cheese bacon fries, but the last 2 times I've been here it tastes really weird and nothing like it used to.

This time after I went through all the struggle ordering and going back to ask what I needed to correct the order, I found my sandwich barely having chicken (half up only and the chicken looked weird with a lot of onions covering to the end of the bread, see photo). I really wanted to give this place an opportunity because of that sandwich but I'm done trying.

I am very disappointed with this spot. Usually the Charley’s I go to has been a good experience. But this one was terrible: they got my order wrong, overcharged me, and the food was beyond mid. The sandwiches were mid and the wings were HORRIBLE. The wings literally had a strange smell and tasted uncooked. Never eating from here again.

Twice in a row ordered subs...spent 40 plus each time. They have yet to get an order correct....cheesesteaks are so soggy...you pick up and they fall apart...subs are made like a sandwich and everything falls out

The food is good when you get what you order. I have NEVER, not once, received a correct order. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and gone back, but they’ve had too many chances.

Have eaten at the one at Park City and loved it. This location it was horrible. The frys were soggy and cold. The sandwich you couldn't pick up because there was so much grease soaked into the roll. It was a huge disappointment.

Charlie’s cheesesteak and wings is not very good. The chicken wings are overcooked. The cheese steaks are very bland and have no seasoning. They are unaware of the specials that they offer even though the sign is in the front and you ask them for it they charge you full price, even though there is a special And then argue with you telling you there is no special on that specific day. I had to get the manager the manager, then did not know about the special as well. I had to point to the sign and show them. I asked them to have just chicken wings and they told me I can’t just have chicken wings I had to buy a whole meal, so I told the manager that I only wanted chicken he ended up just refunding me for the french fries that I had paid for. I still had to pay full price for the wings even though there was a deal for $.30 wings not very helpful and the food was not good.
