Update 2+ years later.. more words. Quality is just as good as our first time here. The fried chicken is maybe the greatest on the planet. Crispy outside, juicy inside like something that you'd see in an advertisement - but you actually get it. I had the steak, tenders, broccoli casserole and mashed. I didn't need all that food but I couldn't stop eating. Heather is a freaking machine behind the bar and the staff is a well oiled machine. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later this time. Oh.,. The croissants ... 🔥🔥🔥
Short wait, decent atmosphere, the sprite was good, the butter rolls were delicious, and the cheese curds were delicious with the buffalo sauce. The restroom was very clean too!
Don't get the chicken Alfredo lol but they accommodated me

I have been to this location multiple times and really enjoy the atmosphere and service. The food is good, but can be inconsistent. I do recommend the ribs as they are fall of the bone and have the perfect amount of sauce. They have great prices for the serving size of their entrees. It is a family friendly restaurant that has food options for everyone.

Typical chain restaurant that has consistent quality at a fair price. Service was not very good and the restaurant was not very crowded.
The highlight of the evening was the flavored lemonade. Real strawberries whole and purée making it a great combo.

Cheddars food is amazing not once have never gotten rude service and food is always on point. The server D is my favorite very polite always smiles talks and constantly checking on our table making sure that everything is great and that we are enjoying our food he also is good with speaking with our children and our children enjoy his service. The foods phenomenal but they always seem to miss the little things when ordering takeout... it's been everytime we order now that they forget a bake potato, condiment, or side salad. I was missing 2 portions of gravy for my country fried chicken and mashed potatoes this time.

Check the underside of your burger bun. I was almost finished and I flipped it over to find mold. Waitress never came back to the table to offer refills or let us pay. Manager was called over to provide discount for bad food & service.

Would be a 5 star if I didn't have to either send my steak back every single time or end up eating a dry steak due to being over cooked. I constantly ask for a level under what I want in order to ensure it gets close to the rareness I want. I asked for medium rare so it comes out medium if they were to overcook it but it always comes out well done. I am honestly tired of having to send the steak back and wait while my husband finishes his food by the time a new steak comes out. They used to be VERY good at cooking the steaks to the levels requested so I'm not sure what has happened but it has been over 6 times now that the steaks are just not right. Other than that the servers are amazing. I think a refresher course for all who cook steak should be in order. Such a waste to send cuts of meat back for not being cooked correctly.
