Food is not fresh like it used to be. They are always missing something in my bag and when I go back for it, I always get some type of attitude. This has happened more & more frequently ; missing my items.
I have been a weekly customer of this place for over fifteen years. Once they moved out of the mall and to this current location I started going much more regularly. Their consistency in creating a seemingly pleasant and stress free environment for their employees whom always seem light on their feet and joyful. The food is ALWAYS accurate and hot. They have slowed down a bit as of late with speed of service. Yet, they remain far superior to any and all competition.
I would never go there because they do not support Our Troops!

Chick-fil-A is way over priced for food that isn't that good. One step above microwave chicken at home. Fries are not even good.

The service is friendly & professional. I cannot say enough about the grilled chicken nuggets, they are fantastic, all white meat , done perfectly, seasoned to perfection.The unsweet iced tea is also the best choice for a beverage.Definitely recommend this CHIC-FIL-A at the West York location. ❤️
