Shift lead is rude they are slow with no urgency to serve customers, not a good experience. Go train at the West York Location!!! Highly recommend all staff is retrained!! Update: I’ve been back to this store and have seen a huge improvement in customer service. Thank you!!

They fell off!!! The fries are horrible and I had the softest chicken tender. I’m remember when they were top tier. The service was fine but the food is mid they switched the recipe one too many times

Typically Chick-fil-A food and service - great. It was pretty busy and loud in the dining room.
My only real complaint was that we saw the sign for the Chick-fil-A on 83, but had to drive 2 miles after exiting to reach out. We had been hoping for a quick and easy stop off the highway.

I always order from chick fillet and very rarely do things happen but anytime I go to the east York location they always seem to forget sauce or just small detail like no Pickles on the sandwich or even utensils seems very forgetful in there
