“As a store manager i felt the need to applaud great customer service. I wish I would have gotten the girls name but she was working the to go counter. She made sure my order was 100% correct due to it going to a picky eater she triple checked it and was very sweet. You have a wonderful employee. Very sorry I was unable to catch her name and give her a personal shout out.“
“I understand the server has other duties at the same time. He could’ve been there a little bit more, but I gotta be in his shoes for that one. It was amazing. My brother said he was amazing with the tip. Just remember there were two of us there at the chilies think about that one before sending Family! Remember if you order a hamburger ask for rare burger and it comes out well done and you let the owner know about it or a manager and he does jack shit to it. Your bill is gonna be the same.“
