Went to Chili’s for dinner.
We waited 1.5 hours for our food after ordering Most of the dishes were cold, except for the fajita.
Our waitress was nice, but neglectful.
They seemed understaffed and unapologetic about it.

I wanted to order a meal for take out, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention, so did that online in the restaurant. That process was flaw less.

The Mrs and I had ordered burgers for dinner tonight, 45 minutes later they came out burned , over well done. Took another 17 minutes until the Manager came out to see us. A complete failure of a leader he was. Worst experience at this restaurant. The server was a rockstar she has some really good skills set.. the cooks had no training and the manager didn’t know how manage a restaurant, It was a bad experience. We never go there again.

A very nice establishment for lunch or dinner, the drinks are incredible I highly recommend the margaritas. My favorite drink is the strawberry margarita.

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very quiet, ideal for a pleasant dinner with your family

Wheelchair accessibility: The access to the establishment is very functional for disabled people, since it has a very functional access

I’m a DoorDash driver and I’ve literally never had such long wait time at ANY restaurant. Yesterday, i waited here over 20 mintues for a kids quesadilla. That’s insane. I can make that in 3 mintues max. And they forgot the fries. Today i walk in, and a family on 2 follow to order. They ended up waiting so long that they left. No one even came out to talk to me until they heard a receipt print out. I’m staring at the bartender on his phone, snap chatting people. I’ve had someone talk to me one time. I got here at 3:04 PM. this DoorDash order is only a triple dipper. It’s now 3:23 and the order was due by 3:09. There’s no one in the restaurant right now. This is beyond ridiculous. If you guys don’t have enough people, don’t open.

We went to this Chili's for dinner. We checked in online and arrived @ 20 minutes later. I walked in to let the hostess know that we were onsite and asked how much longer it would be. the waitress said 15-20 minutes or maybe longer so I walked back to my car to stay warm. As soon as I got to the car, we received a text saying our table was ready (within 2 minutes). Amber was our server and she was outstanding. We ordered Apps/food @ 6-6:05 PM. Our nachos and salads were out within 3 minutes. They were great. Then we waited for a while and after asking twice for our food, it finally arrived @ 6:40 PM. We ordered 3 fried chicken sandwiches and a smash burger. The smash burger and 1 sandwich were very good. The other 2 chicken sandwiches were tiny, not even taking up half of the bread In the picture I took, you can see how small one side was (smaller than the pickle). One of the sandwiches came out with the wrong condiments on it and was smaller than the pictured one. Amber said let me take it back and we will get you a new one. The replacement sandwich arrived after our entire party had finished eating. It was bitten into and noticed that the chicken was raw/not cooked. So a this point I asked Amber to speak to a manager. She asked Seth to come out but "he was too busy to speak to us". We sent the sandwich back and asked her to cancel it. She did give us a piece of cheesecake to eat. I asked again to speak to the manager and Seth told her the same thing. So we paid our bill with the kiosk. We then noticed that we were charged for an extra drink ($3.49) and told Amber. She said there was nothing she could do about so we just left. It was bad enough the food was tiny, buns were hard on the sandwiches, it took 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, they overcharged us but for a manager to say hes too busy to speak to a table? Not sure we will be returning.

Burgers are expensive and are nasty. 1st one I got was wrong burger entirely, 2nd one was missing guacamole and they had to bring a side dish of it. Burgers are poorly seasoned and are overly salty and overdone to the point of hard and dry. Also more then one person runs your table and when they are having problems they have more then one person walking back to kitchen to solve it. Chilli's used to not suck. They have joined the overpriced and terrible food squad. Restaurants need to do better or they will start seeing a large decline in people dining . You want to charge outlandish prices for food? Then make sure it tastes good.....

Update: place has really gone down hill. Food is overpriced for frozen chain food. Food quality went down and price almost doubled. Service was nice

Have been here so many times we've lost count always great food and service. Favorites have been the quaso, the chicken tenders, and as always with Chili's the lava cakes

We dine at Chilis often and always had great experiences until tonight. Saturday after Thanksgiving must have had substitute staff with little training or something. Our server was cheerful and prompt but clueless. When she got our order wrong she corrected it. When we pulled a hair out of salsa, she got it taken off the bill and got us fresh. When she brought us refills on our unsweetened iced tea it had a strange, nasty, unidentifiable taste to it. We made her aware of it so it wouldn’t be served to anyone else. She said, “maybe they just put the wrong syrup in it. Did it taste like mango?” (Since when does Chilis make “fresh unsweetened tea” with syrup?) “No,” I said. “It doesn’t taste like anything edible at all.”
The guacamole and white queso were weird also, but edible. The avocado in it had big chunks of underripe, crunchy avocado surrounded by a gross looking watery substance. Not the usual yummy guacamole. A bad night, but we’ll go back because this was definitely an off night. I just needed management to be aware.
