As a store manager i felt the need to applaud great customer service. I wish I would have gotten the girls name but she was working the to go counter. She made sure my order was 100% correct due to it going to a picky eater she triple checked it and was very sweet. You have a wonderful employee. Very sorry I was unable to catch her name and give her a personal shout out.

Waitress got order correct...kitchen came out with wrong plate..However 5 stars on food ..cold BIG BEERS !! MUCHO food.. i.m not a spice food guy..but chips and beers..plus had cheese casadeea...went there after golf in Dover pa... here is picture of son and wife at Orioles game..son lives in west york...him and his wife do take out and goes here alot..sports tv all over..

I've never had a bad meal or bad service here. In fact, I think all the staff and servers here are some of my favorite at any restaurant. They're always chill and nice, hook us up quickly with free drink refills and free chip refills/to go.
The prices are the best, I love the 3 for me deal and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are BOMB! Also the new QP Burger was like a wayyy better McDonald's and it hits that craving for a way better deal! The runny ranch they serve with your meals is my favorite as well. The chips and salsa are my favorite. Lol there's so much to love at Chili's!

Took over 15 minutes for drinks, during a slow lunch period. Hostess was very friendly.
Been waiting here for just shy of 45 minutes now with no food. Sat down at 6:15 and had to tell the waitress we wanted to place our order as she stood behind us having a full blown conversation with the table behind us. Will not be coming back.

Went to Chili’s for dinner. We waited 1.5 hours for our food after ordering Most of the dishes were cold, except for the fajita. Our waitress was nice, but neglectful. They seemed understaffed and unapologetic about it.
I wanted to order a meal for take out, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention, so did that online in the restaurant. That process was flaw less.
