We dine at Chilis often and always had great experiences until tonight. Saturday after Thanksgiving must have had substitute staff with little training or something. Our server was cheerful and prompt but clueless. When she got our order wrong she corrected it. When we pulled a hair out of salsa, she got it taken off the bill and got us fresh. When she brought us refills on our unsweetened iced tea it had a strange, nasty, unidentifiable taste to it. We made her aware of it so...
My boyfriend and I always enjoy our trips to the Hanover Chili's when we don't feel like cooking. The service is always great and the food always comes out quick and delish. However, this last time we went, we could tell our food was left up under the heat lamp for a little too long. Our plates were sculding hot, which is understandable if you order food that goes through the oven on a plate, but our dinners did not.
