Overall a decent experience staff was kind and attentive. Chips order came after earlier parties, but main dishes and drinks arrived quickly. They gave us the chips for free so another point of the staff. My food was great, but one member in my party orders a burger without lettuce and there was lettuce. Other than those small critiques, this chilis was great and I would definitely recommend it.
We dine at Chilis often and always had great experiences until tonight. Saturday after Thanksgiving must have had substitute staff with little training or something. Our server was cheerful and prompt but clueless. When she got our order wrong she corrected it. When we pulled a hair out of salsa, she got it taken off the bill and got us fresh. When she brought us refills on our unsweetened iced tea it had a strange, nasty, unidentifiable taste to it. We made her aware of it so...
