I work for Able-services and today my group had a lunch outing. Upon our arrival we were greeted and sat right a way. Lauren was our server and she was great with my participants helping and talking them through what the cost of their meals would be before tax and tips, so they could stay within their allotted budget. She was very attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed and upon paying she made sure to have separate bills for each of us, giving 1:1 attention to each one as we paid. So a Big Thank You to Lauren for myself and Able-services today.

Robyn is just the best server. I've had her twice and she's very courteous. I have to say this is the best chilli's place that the service is fast and awesome! The chicken sandwich was delicious. I've never really had one before. We also had alcohol drinks.
During my recent visit to Chili’s, my experience was initially disappointing but ultimately redeemed by an attentive staff member and quality food. Upon arrival, I was seated promptly and ready to order. However, I waited nearly 15 minutes before being acknowledged by any staff. This lack of attention was frustrating, and it seemed as though the service was disorganized.
Fortunately, a kind and proactive team member—possibly a manager—noticed the delay and immediately took action. She apologized sincerely for the oversight, took my order right away, and ensured that I was well taken care of for the rest of my meal. Her dedication and professionalism significantly improved my experience and left a positive impression.
As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to other Chili’s locations I’ve visited, the quality here stood out, with well-prepared dishes that exceeded my expectations. The flavors were spot on, and the meal was enjoyable from start to finish.
Overall, while the service needs improvement in terms of attentiveness and efficiency, the hospitality of the staff member and the quality of the food made up for the initial setback. With better consistency in customer service, this location could offer an exceptional dining experience.

WOW... what the HELL happened? 3 of us ate. Wings, a veggie burger, and a steak. One dessert. $130?! We won't be coming back, that was insanity. The food is as good as it always was, definitely not better, not entirely sure why the price hike.

If you order takeout check your food. This location constantly messes up orders. Last time I ordered there I ordered the honey Chipotle chicken and they forgot to put honey Chipotle sauce on the chicken tenders. If you want Chili's go to the Manheim Pike location in Lancaster. It is much better.

Mainly giving this a 2 star for an incident that we had from the bar. We ordered a margarita on the rocks. Our server brought it out frozen. She then took it back to the bar to be corrected. At this point I watched the bartender/manger pour the frozen margarita back into the machine. Mind you the drink already left the bar was brought to our table and put into our hands. She should have never poured that back into the machine to be served to the next customer.
Ruby was amazing, super bubbly she was a pleasure to have as our waitress! The food was just as amazing!

I had an amazing dining experience at Chili's! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu offers a fantastic variety, from mouthwatering appetizers to flavorful main courses.
I highly recommend their signature Baby Back Ribs – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The fajitas were also a hit, served sizzling hot with fresh toppings. Their margaritas are top-notch and pair perfectly with the Tex-Mex vibes.
Overall, the food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. Chili's is definitely a go-to spot for casual dining and a fun, relaxed meal with family or friends. Can't wait to visit again!

Food was ok maybe today was an off day but the server was training someone and hardly came to check on us. Took forever to get the beer we ordered. The food was ok not sure if it said it on the menu. I didn’t notice it but the ribs are beef ribs and they were over cooked. I usually like chilis.
