Food was great, the TO GO service not so much. You have to wait around while employees talk and horseplay before being handed your order. And when I am trying to get to work, that doesn't work for me.

Gave my food to someone else. Waited 20 min past my pick up time and they didnt even start to re cook it. Was told it would be an extra 20 min. The manager laughed and said they can not give me a refund on the current day and I would have to wait for my food or my money.

They handed my takeout order to someone else. Then didn’t remake it when I said something they said it would be another 20 min so about a hour after my pick up time. I then had my info written on a piece of paper and told it would take 7-10 days to return my money for food I never got.

I came in at 12 on a Sunday and it was pretty dead. Which is weird because my service was super rushed. I was asked if I knew what I wanted as I sat down. Then, with plates still half full and not long after receiving the food, I was asked if I wanted a box. Then while i was still feeding my child I was told how to pay at the table. It was just a really bad experience.
First time at this location very friendly attentive staff and clean franchise.

We went to Chili's on Thursday evening for a late dinner. It was OK. The chips and salsa were good but the chips are advertised as being served warm, and they were not at all. Asked for sour cream with the chips, but didn't receive it. The burger was better than the sirloin steak meal. The mashed potatoes with the steak were kind of dark in color and seemed old. There was a party of at least 30 people that was really loud, but not the restaurant's fault.
